We stopped by at Tyson for some tacos. There was a small line which we found out forms to the south. We ordered the 3 taco combo which includes any 3 tacos plus refried beans and rice. For the tacos we had the Scooby (homemade chorizo, burnt ends, pineapple, queso fresco ), the ranger (fajita, potatos, bacon, queso fresco, bell pepper and lime) and the crispy pork belly. The Ranger was my favorite. It was sooo good. I also had an horchata which was delicious.

Kid-friendliness: Not bad! Maybe turn down the speaker in the bathroom? The little had to cover her ears while she peed, but we're working on her tolerance. On the plus side, she really liked the music we heard while eating!
An tasty taco truck stand with lots of outdoor seating. It even has a disco ball under the covered portion of the patio. No indoor seating. The tacos were so yummy. Perfectly made and some of the tastiest I've had. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the UT area.

I was so excited to try Tyson's Tacos after seeing all the glowing reviews—turns out, I was bamboozled. I don’t know what happened, but somehow, this place served me the driest, most flavorless food in all of Texas. Every single bite needed salt, and I genuinely considered sprinkling in my own **tears of disappointment** just to give it some kind of seasoning.
And let’s talk about that brisket—if you told me they slow-smoked it in a desert for 48 hours and then wrung out any remaining moisture just for good measure, I’d believe you. It was so dry, I almost asked for a side of ChapStick instead of salsa.

I ordered 4 tacos al pastor and a topochico, I only had 3 small pieces of tomato and nothing else, I went back to talk to the cashier: I asked him for more pico de gallo because I paid $26 dollars for this and he tells me: “this place is not for Latinos only for gringos.” The stupid is that his kitchen was just Latinos like him, where are the gringos? Probably Latinos without permits to work!! Bad service, bad attention, bad food and very expensive!
