Barista denied my friend a Frappuccino because it was an hour before closing. Added onto her already bad day.
My friend was denied her frappuccino and she was looking forward to that after her exam and she back out to me sobbing. She deserves her frappuccino.

It’s really gone downhill here over the past two years or so. Idk if staff aren’t getting trained right but I get a basic iced vanilla latte and it tasted like a watered down frappe Not like any other SB I’ve been to.
They sell Starbucks coffee, but won’t redeem Starbucks birthday rewards (and the barista was quite rude when she told me that too).

Long wait for the coffee because there's only one barista who is working, Feel bad for her. But anyway, the drink is disgusting...never coming back
