Been here 3 times with my husband and every time, service has been very slow/inconsistent. We’ll go half an hour without anybody checking on us, but then suddenly 2-3 servers come by our table within five minutes. Today, it took 20 minutes for us to even be offered a menu after sitting down. We made the drive downtown excited to enjoy the Monday happy hour, but decided to leave instead of ordering a drink so that we could pick up our son from daycare in time. If you have all the time in the world and just want to have a drink and good vibes, this is your place. We really enjoy the drinks and atmosphere, but the unpredictable pace of service is frustrating enough to make us not want to come back here.

Came to Upstairs@Caroline everything was a great experience. Uly & Corey were amazing they recommended an amazing espresso martini and to top it off they were super friendly 10/10!
Every thing was absolutely amazing! Corey and Uly went out of their way to make everything perfect! They took a video of our group taking a ski shot. 10/10 recommend! A night you can’t miss check it it!
