Cocktails at the bar and hosted, served and pampered by the amazing staff member, Kimberly. She was kind, genuine, prompt, helpful and brought so much positivity to the atmosphere that I forgot I was in a hotel. Restaurants and bars need more people like Kimberly. Breakfast was wonderful. We were a group of 7 and ordered 3 veggie omelettes, pancakes, french toast, and bagels. We all thought that the food was delicious. The potatoes that came with the omelettes were amazing too. It was all great but the best part about our meal was our waitress, Tammy!! She was very friendly, cheerful, and attentive. It was a very busy morning and she was managing quite a few tables but she still checked on us frequently. We all received our orders correct and our coffee cups were refilled constantly by her. She was very sweet and a great start to our day!

We had a great breakfast experience at the Urban Grill. I had a fritada and my husband had an omelet. Both meals were really good. Tammy was our server. Tammy was honestly the BEST server I’ve had at any restaurant ever. She was so smiley and cheerful and sweet and it really made my morning start off well at the breakfast buffet. Pricey kinda in terms of buffet but when you consider that you can get typically a la charge items ordered PLUS the buffet in that same price and you can get orange juice AND coffee AND water and the box they give you to go is so large it is totally worth it.

Went to this restaurant and didn't like the service very unprofessional and the customer service.the first complaint is that ppl walk up by you all by your personal space by the bar and tell them to move they just ignore you you tell the manager they just brush it off, second the bartenders are unprofessional dude took my order was more focused on the ppl with drinks didn't tell me my order was going to be done in 25 min then at that bought one order instead of two never coming back here terrible service.
Just finished breakfast- hearty portion of steak and eggs. All well prepared. My 5 stars is all due to the intuitive and warm service I received from Tammy. She takes great pride in her job and it shows. Bravo Tammy. You are great!!

Came in with my boyfriend for breakfast today 11/18/23. Paid $25 per person for the breakfast buffet. Food on counter for buffet was all below room temperature. The restaurant was also fairly empty and we waited a bit long for our omelets. Our server was very friendly though. I just wouldn’t spend $60 again for a cold buffet line.
