I will recommend that you do not bring your kids to this run down place. The kids play scape area is filthy nasty with accumulated trash that appears to be there all day. The kids attractions are run down and are not properly monitored so the older kids take over and not allow the younger kids to have their turn at various stations. My husband had to step in and advocate for the little ones to have their turn. I had to request a full refund and tried to notify the manager about the reason but he didn’t care to listen or show any care and gave. S my money back after showing him the pictures. I’m writing this review and showing some pictures to help save you the headache.

Grandkids can't get enough of this place and I enjoy taking them . My only concern is the bigger kids in Dodgeball room have a tendency to get rough and throw foam ball in little girls and boys faces . Of course way smaller than them to where the kiddos leave crying... I know I escorted a little girl to her Birthday party she was attending crying. But once I got staff alerted the madness calmed down . But non the less it is a fun time for my grandkids as well as others .

I’m giving 5 stars solely because of our Party host Jaenell! She was wonderful and patient with our group and went above and beyond for us!! The only down fall were the long lines at the concession stand with one person working during peak hours. But all the kids had a blast, there should be someone watching the long trampoline as two of our kiddos got hurt while trying to tumble. But the 5 star rating is because of our super sweet hostess! Thanks Jaenell!

I took my two and five year old to urban air for the first time on Saturday morning. We got there at opening time. Very quickly the place became overly crowded. It seems they have no limit on the number of guests they allow to enter. There were so many birthday parties happening, and then lots of other guests coming in as well. It felt way too crowded. Some trampolines were separating from the surrounding mats leaving a gaping hole and showing missing springs. The playscape area was filthy with trash thrown around spilled icees, ripped mats, and other broken and worn out areas. Things were fixed with duct tape and zip ties. One of the zip ties scraped and bruised my leg as I tried to follow my little kids around to make sure they were safe. Most of the employees were dedicated to hosting a party rather than serving the whole of the location. The employees that were overseeing the safety area where children put on harnesses to do the obstacle course were very very young teenagers. Did not feel safe or clean. Will not be returning.

I guess capacity fire codes don't apply to disgusting indoor playgrounds that cater to feral children. Even though it felt like we were catching diseases and surrounded by so many strangers it felt like a literal melting pot, I'd come again only because my kids were entertained and gave us and our friends a chance to have adult conversations. I would hate to work here and I think everyone who works there agrees so I can't really blame them for the disgusting bathrooms, long concession lines and piles and piles of dirty shoes all over the floor. I didn't see any bleeding or crying kids so I'm guessing it's safe enough? Every single table was reserved for a party which means 50 poor souls had to pay extra for a place for their kids to put their dirty shoes and snotty noses. One would think that would be enough revenue for them to refrain from allowing general public entry, but alas, money talks and it's real freaking loud at this place.

I visited there this afternoon. My sons bought an Ultimate and an under-5 ticket. As soon as I finished the payment, my friend gave me a free ticket. So I said I wanted to get a refun for an under-5 ticket and use a free ticket. But they said they couldn't refun and they couldn't use a free ticket. I don't understand why they can't do the job. They didn't kindly explain why I couldn't use a pre-ticket and I was very bothered. I felt that they were ignoring me because I was not good at English. They're not too nice. I've never seen anyone as rude as them in my life in the U.S. My image of the U.S. has been changed very badly by them. It's one of the places I don't want to go again. One star rating is not worth it for them.

I bought my daughter the wrist band that allows her to do all of the activities but because the staff is too busy hiding and playing on their phones, she couldn’t. She was told by 2 employees sitting in the rope obstacle course that they were on break, then why sit in there with the door open? No break room?? Those 2 employees were playing on their phones and rough house playing with each other instead of doing their jobs. Then later the same 2 employees walked off from the rock wall area leaving it unattended with people on the pillars. They told my daughter that they can’t let her in until the 2 people in there left… never have I seen them only let 2 people at a time in. Only after I asked for a manager did she let my daughter in along with 2 other kids….making a total of 5 people in the area that they claimed they couldn’t let her into because there were already 2 people in there. But that’s not even all…as my daughter was being told she couldn’t be let into the rock wall area I have the other employee try to walk between me and the fence I WAS LEANING AGAINST not only does she completely ignore the fact that I’m leaning against the fence but she bumps into me… she ignored the fact that her face was literally 2 inches from mine until I said excuse me… then she looked at me and said excuse me like I’m supposed to move. I wasn’t in a walkway, I wasn’t standing in the middle of an aisle. I was leaning against a fence where I thought I was out of the way. I asked for the manager, and he didn’t even pay attention to a word I said. He was talking to a girl while I was trying to tell him how incompetent his employees were and then cut me off and walked away. We were there for less than an hour before leaving because of the incompetence of not just 1 but 3 employees…including the manager. Pretty bad when your children walk out and say they never wanna come back…I feel ya kids, me neither. If I could leave a 0 star, I would.

We were all so excited to come here. My boys had so much fun. The one star is because the staff here is completely unhelpful. I went to order a pizza and drinks, and they said they were not serving any food for another hour because it would take too long. An hour wait would’ve been fine if they just said it’s gonna be an hour instead they decided not to make any food. This was concerning because as a diabetic, I am on a strict regimen. When I told him I was a diabetic, they looked at me like they never heard the word. A soda to hold me over until i can get something small to eat.

Been a few times now, generally speaking, I found the place to be clean and well kept, maybe during busy times on the weekend it could get a little messy, but you’d expect that anywhere. As other commenters have mentioned there are a few ripped mats, and places where the locations age is showing, but there is evidence to show that they are repairing significant damage when found, and there was nothing truly concerning the last time we visited. We will be adding this to our list of regular places we go.

If you come here the food is a total waste of money. Waited 40 minutes after being told 20 and then the food came out burnt to a crisp and the tiniest pizza slice for $3 with no taste. We come here often but disappointed with this experience.

Burnt chicken tenders and 40 minutes to make 3 slices of pizza. $3 for this little slice of pizza.

Place is the best for family fun. Adults can play as well

I only ever really visit places like this as a member of a party. That was the case this Saturday, the 17th. It was busy and “jumping” (haha) and I didn’t have any real expectations. Let me tell you, I’ll be back just for the fun of it soon because we had a blast. The place was clean, and things ran smoothly. There were a couple of folks that stood out - Tavion and Mauricio (sorry if I misspelled either name). They were helpful and had a smile on their faces even through all the crazy.Just wanted to say thank you for working hard to entertain folks that can be difficult to keep entertained. We’ll be back for a visit!

Terrible staff, management is possibly 18 years old. We purchased prepaid passes Saturday night at 8 pm for Sunday at 130 pm. Upon arrival the staff told us the passes had already been redeemed and we needed to pay again if the children wanted to participate.Upon insisting that it wasn’t possible to have redeemed tickets yesterday, since they were purchased last night the manager( male possibly 18 yo) told us to leave or pay.we left with nothing. He refused to give us identification or his name, we do have photos. So I’d recommend not going to this business to basically be robbed
