Kikusui Funaguchi Nama 200ml
One of our most popular sake -- full-bodied and positively bursting with the fresh and creamy flavor of steamed rice, roasted hazelnuts, and pungent tropical fruit. Pop open an ice-cold Funaguchi to experience one of Japan's most unique offerings for yourself. Since Funaguchi's birth in the 47th year of the Showa period (1976), it has become beloved all over Japan, popular for home and restaurant consumption, and even as a portable treat for hikers and mountain climbers.

An extra-rich Genshu (undiluted) sparkling sake, with powerfully refreshing Funaguchi flavor. Shibata Black Yuzu 200ml
A refreshing, sweet and tart yuzu-infused sake made with all estate-farmed organic yuzu fruit and a clean and aromatic Junmai sake base, made using a rare rice varietal Ginpu from Hokkaido and local exceptionally soft Kanzui water. The yuzu is squeezed with the skin left on, thereby allowing for the juice to not be too sweet, with an added touch of tartness.
Shibata Pink Junmai Ginjo Nigori 200ml
Shibata Shuzo was established in 1830 in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, and is currently led by the Shibata family's 8th generation President. The village is called, "Kanzui" or "God's water." The water itself is outstandingly soft (water hardness of 0.2), and is one of the softest waters in all of Japan. Shibata uses this Kanzui water for every step in the sake production process, including for Shikomi Mizu, or preparation water. Led by Shizuka Ito, one of very few female Toji (brewery master) in Japan, Shibata sits at an elevation of 350 meters above sea level, and thereby benefits from cool summers and extremely cold winters.

Suigei Tokubetsu Junmai 300ml
Named after a famous samurai of the region nicknamed Suigei because he drank like a whale, this sake has a strong flavor and a crisp, refreshing finish. Its high rice-polishing ratio compares favorably with other Junmai sakes, and this sake is easily paired with a range of dishes.
Kikusui Nigori Perfect Snow 300ml
A mouthful of Japan's #1 selling Nigorizake "Perfect Snow" leaves a perfectly excellent impression. "Impact" is the main idea, coming from a flowery, full body, a crisp and dynamic sweetness, and the delectable aftertaste of steamed rice from the coarsely filtered rice mash particles.
Kikumasamune Taru Sake 300ml
Using Kiku-Masamune's newly developed sake yeast HA14 lends this sake the fragrant aroma of fruits and flowers - enticing ripe banana and cantaloupe with bright sweet honey-crisp apples. Fruity, textured, round and smooth this light yet umami-rich Junmai grade finishes with a lingering umami and is a major crowd pleaser. Serve chilled for best results.

Brewed with water from Asahikawa Hokkaido Taisetsu Mountain in great igloos made from Kamakura Ice. Has an elegant, gentle and slightly sweet aroma with a nice rice flavor. Clean, dry and sharp with a refreshing finish.
45 Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 300ml
There is no point to sake unless it's delicious-this is Dassai's philosophy. Using Yamada-Nishiki rice that's been polished down to 45%, Dassai 45 brings out the delicate sweetness of rice with fruity aromatics.

Kamotsuru Tokubetsu Junmai 720ml
Since the naming of the brand Kamotsuru in 1873, this brewery has been at the forefront of rice polishing technology, and since the Meiji era has pulled the industry forward as a sake pioneer. In the Taisho era they were the first to receive an honor for their work. And again, 50 years ago, they were the first to sell Daiginjo-grade sake to the public. Kamotsuru company receives a large number of awards and honors for their sake. They devote their craft to producing sake of exceptional quality.
Onikoroshi Michinoku 720ml
The name "Michinoku Onikoshi" comes from the phrase "dry enough to kill demons". Extremely dry sake with +10 dryness level. Delicious at any temperature – the brisk taste is highlighted when chilled and, when warmed up, it becomes more mellow. Great with a wide range of dishes.
Amabuki Himawari 720ml
This unpasteurized stunner has a hint of dryness on the finish that pairs beautifully with an array of different cuisines, and the unique sunflower yeast provides a rounded flavor you won't soon forget. Notes of wildflowers and anise. Enjoy the smooth palate and crisp finish of this excellent and interesting sake.

Mitsutake Crisp 720ml
This junmai daiginjo sake is mellow with a rich umami and a light fruity aroma. Their koji is made not by machine, but by hand in small batches, using a traditional method of "koji hako" (or kōji boxes) to convey the pure flavors of the rice with strict quality control.
Komesou 720ml
This sake has very strong stability not only for shelf life but also in flavor. Structured with a good acidity level that makes it a wonderful food-sake. Plenty of umami with earthy aromas and honey-like flavors. Very long lasting finish.
Kamosumori 720ml
This is a single-stage mashed, bag-pressed and unfiltered sake. The fresh aroma like grapes and rich sweetness reminiscent of melon are impressive. Enjoy the aroma in a wine glass. Lactic acidity tightens the aftertaste, leaving a faint citrus peel bitterness. Pairing with gratin, cheese, or apricot bean curd is recommended. It can be served on the rocks or with soda for a refreshing drink.

I think there needs to be more concepts like this — 12 course omakase that only lasts 45min. (You simply don’t need to be at an omakase for 2-2.5hrs) Excellent dishes for the price point and glad to have still had time on my hands. The scallop, Wagyu, and fish bone soup were the stand out dishes for me. Would do this again and prefer it over a lot of overpriced omakases in town.

Perfect for a quick and easy lunch. Order at the counter and find a place to sit.
The fish is fresh and buttery. The rolls were deliciously crafted. There was a bit too much rice to fish ratio but the flavors were tasty.
I’d love to come back for the omakase some day

Fresh sushi handrolls at a walk-up counter (they make ‘em right there in front of you!).

Their rice is fabulous.

Also they’ve an *excellent* speciality and hard-to-find sake selection — would be easy to miss this, but don’t!!

They also offer take-out omakase and handroll classes, which is neat.

Price point ~$6-12 per handroll.
