Just tried V Cafe today, and was very impressed with the dumpling pho. It was excellent, and a large enough portion, that I have lunch tomorrow too!

At most restaurants I find one favorite item that I always order. At V’s there are so many awesome and delicious options that I’m rotating through several meals and still trying new ones.

Used to love v Cafe peanut sauce watered down didn't taste like peanut sauce. My soup asked for rare meat they put the meat in the soup which used to be on the side you add to the soup yourself by the time we got it home it which was like leather was pretty blan with all the fixings. Wasnt cheap either. Be a long time before I go back.

WISH THE SOUP WAS HOTTER! But otherwise pho was really good. Also liked that they have beef spring rolls, not many restaurants have beef.

Great neighborhood spot! Love all the soups and service here! I also enjoy the matcha drinks :) Friendly suggestion, The last few times I ordered the vegan pho, the broccoli tasted like soggy frozen broccoli. I know it may costs more, but fresh vegetables make a big difference. Hope you can consider this ??

I really loved what I ordered! You can't go wrong with the fried pork dumplings or the egg rolls. I also had the Vegan Pho with Tofu added and this was probably the most delicious fried tofu I have ever had! The flavor was so good, the vegetables were so fresh. And like most of these dishes, there was so much, I had a whole tub to go. In my opinion, the quantity of food is the price you get for 2, so it makes sense to me. Also, their Thai tea was phenomenal.

Quick service. Pho was fine and I liked that they gave a lot of meat. The bun bo hue was only ok. The broth could be more flavorful and the meat more tender and flavorful as

Friendly neighborhood spot with tasty Vietnamese food and responsive staff! One of few walkable restaurants in my neighborhood and I like to stop in here from time to time. Classy cafe-like vibes with all the pho I could ever want.

Been going to V Cafe for about 2 years now and after trying out many Vietnamese spots in the area, this place definitely has some of the best Vietnamese cuisine. A hidden gem and their bun bo hue (spicy beef soup) is delicious.

Review is for take-out via GrubHub. Nut allergy friendly for the dishes I ordered. We ordered the bun bo hue with extra noodle and the pho dac biet (special) with extra noodle. I did not see any bun bo hue extra noodles when we got home unfortunately. The extra pho noodles were clearly in another container, as the main containers have the noodles under the vegetables.Highly suggest heating the broth to near boiling to cook the meat enough if you are driving 10 or more minutes away. Otherwise you risk eating raw beef. Normal for any take out pho.The portions were excellent and the flavors were solid. Nice little containers of Sriracha and hoisin provided. I would like to have some lime included. The pho was solid. The bun bo hue was a little thinner and more oily than others I've had, but also was very tasty.I would recommend for scratching the authentic pho itch!
