Regrettably, I am unable to provide a positive review for this establishment. It is crucial for potential patrons to be informed that this venue may not be suitable for women attending alone. The staff exhibited demeaning behavior, and the bouncer, in particular, demonstrated a notable lack of respect towards female guests. The comments directed at some young women were, quite frankly, astonishingly derogatory and completely unacceptable. Other patrons were overheard expressing their concern about this bouncer too.

I saw the male bouncer outside of the establishment being pretty gross towards a female customer. As I was walking by, I heard him call her a derogatory female term as she walked out. I don’t want to put what he said, but it was disgusting. I get DT isn’t the nicest place to be, but you would think people would be more respectful.

I been in this bar a million and two times. Love Seth, love the crowd and all the old friends I've known over the years. This place is truly an icon bar. One of the bars that continued the punk rock legacy of ATX.

We came here looking for some good food. The staff is very friendly too! This place has a rock vibe to it. The downstairs is where they have live music and a bar to order drinks. Upstairs is where you are able to order food. They have some games you have to pay to play. The large table for big parties does tip over a bit and a seat up against the table is falling off. I think they should really fix that for future customers.

I could spend hours just looking at all the decor. Bartender was attentive and friendly. Drinks are strong and cheap compared to a lot of other bars around here. They host a wide variety of bands, including a lot of local acts. Bring ear plugs. Next time, I'll have to try some of the food from upstairs. Keep Red River alive!

I couldnt say enough about how the Marinara Miracle hit just right. The owner of the Valhalla was among the nicest people since we have been in town and I will probably pop in here anytime im around for the fond memories.
