First, Karina did a 1st rate job of taking care of (9) of us Sales Team. Your place was chosen as our celebration destination for a powerfully good sales month reward. Your salsa roja is excellent, your charro beans also deliciosos.. For me, these are two of the most important basic determining things that are Mexican cafe and Cantina should have on the menu, the salsa and the beans. I got the Triple fajitas with shrimp, chicken, and beef on corn tortillas (my choice,) And they are some of the best I have ever had. The beef in particular. Peppers were a little overcooked, onions fine, whole jalapeño was so spicy, It can burn a hole in someone’s mouth, your sides of sour cream pico de gallo and guacamole were perfect.
The plates were so large, most everyone got to-go boxes, so you are not leaving this place hungry. Karina graciously took care of us and let me practice mi Español with her. My only regret is that we weren’t drinking margaritas as it was working hours, but I am bringing my wife back for a date night! And I am for sure having a margarita. !Viva Vaqueros!
