I love there taco , very nice people but I pay for one Megas Taco 10 with 1 tip
This location is so bad! Smaller portions and bad quality food. When you hear bad things about Veracruz it's almost always associated with the radio coffee location. That was before the price increase....hopefully they are ripping off tourists more than locals who know this city has far better options.
Like other recent reviews, I have to express my disappointment in the quality decline I’ve seen from this location. I have ordered from this location consistently for years and unfortunately in recent history, my food is underwhelming more often than not.
These days the taco I order is predominately potato - and they cut the potatoes in massive chunks that don’t fully cook through. Additionally, the refried beans and veggies they do add are under-seasoned - I almost always have to add salt at home for the ingredients to really pop.
What prompted me to write this review are recent prices increases - it’s one thing to see quality decline, but to see the brand actively raising prices as the product gets worse and portion sizes shrink is outright disappointing. I went to place a DoorDash order and my usual 3-bite taco (which maybe contains $3 worth of ingredients) was priced at $8.50.
Radio is packed all the time - have a really hard time believing they need to charge these prices to turn a profit.

This place used to be amazing, it was my favorite taco spot in Austin. However, they’ve now raised prices by 40% AND the portion size is smaller. The El Traditional taco used to be stuffed full, but now it’s a lot smaller. Not worth $7 plus tax and tip. It’s so disappointing to see Veracruz get worse.

Pretty good tacos, not my favorite and sometimes it takes 30 minutes to get your tacos. Also, the parking situation is kind of hectic.
Really sad to see the decay of this amazing brand. Quality of food is nonexistent, pastor tacos were so bad I had to throw them away, steak were not better. Sad to say I would never recommend this place anymore to anyone.

I love to go here because it’s easy to get something gluten free. Their corn tortillas are homemade and they give you a lot in one taco. The ingredients also seem fresh! I especially appreciate the fact that I can order online to do a takeout order.

Food is great but pickup times for online orders are unreliable - have had to wait on multiple occasions well over the estimated pickup time provided. Not sure it’s worth it.

Hands down the shrimp macha and chicken tacos are the best in town! The ingredients are so fresh and prices are very reasonable. We take every one who visits us here and my parents loved it so much they carried the tacos on their flight back home to enjoy in Atlanta. It’s that good!
Delicious food. No aguas frescas 😭 Minimal parking spots.
