The breakfast was sublime! The Moroccan mint tea was perfect for the morning. I had the scrambled eggs, toast with butter, bacon, and seasoned cut potatoes. As a side I enjoyed the yogurt parfait with granola and fresh fruit. As a final course I indulged in Mexican style churro pancakes. The ambiance is comfortable and relaxed while being elevated and the service from the manager and the server was amazing! Had a great meal here: would recommend everyone to come here! Thank you...

We had a wonderful dining experience, made even better by our waitress, Toni. She was incredibly personable, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Toni checked in at just the right times, had a great attitude, and genuinely seemed to care that we enjoyed our meal. Her friendly personality and professionalism really stood out and added to the overall experience. We'll definitely be back and hope to be seated in her section again!

My date and I had a lovely time at Verbena. The ambience was cozy, elegant, and intimate. The restaurant is unassuming as it's connected to the lobby of Canopy by Hilton. Valet is $12 only for Verbena guests btw. If you use the website menu, there's lots of pictures of the menu items which were all helpful and beautiful. We had the guac (so pretty and fresh), pulpo enamorado (one of my faves because I loveeeee octopus), roasted maple carrots (very artsy), carnitas flatbread...
