Everything we had was DELICIOUS. We tried the burrata, the bistecca, pappardelle con bolognese, and one of the dishes of the day. We paired it with a red wine recommended by Tom, sommelier, and it enhanced all the flavors. The tiramisu was the perfect way to end our dinner, with a nice cup of espresso. My family and I enjoyed our time there, and the service and attention were great!

This has been my favorite restaurant for 27 years and it never disappoints. The Cacio e pepe, butternut squash agnolotti, lasagna and all the dishes are fantastic. I love to watch the kitchen and the staff is outstanding. Wine list is heavy Italian which makes me very happy. Perfect as always.

This was our 2nd visit to Vespaio and it confirmed it is our favorite. It even beats out Red Ash. And the staff is impeccable. Across the board. We will be back.

The chef is especially talented ! Salmon with herbal roux is like no other. Crispy scallops that are like butter on the inside were the best. Staff was very supportive. I love the fact that entrees come in 2 sizes. It was fun to watch the pizza cook spin the pizza dough definitely will be back

Our food was great and the server was so attentive but it was extremely freezing in there to the point we almost got up and left. I couldn't enjoy the food because I was truly shivering and I had a jacket on.

We walked in with no reservation hoping to get a table on a busy Thursday and had the most amazing service, from start to finish. Kassidy really stood out with her friendliness and care as she was able to get us a spot at the bar. We try to make a trip to south congress every time we are in town and without fail always come back to Vespaio. Ambiance and hospitality.
