Such an amazing restaurant! The tartar is out of this world and all the pastas and beautiful. They have a wood fire oven for pizza as well. The kitchen sink ice cream is also fantastic!
The food was delicious. Unfortunately service was lacking. We were there celebrating a birthday and we all felt rushed. Drink glasses remained empty. My son ordered soup and it was brought without a spoon. After trying for 10 minutes to flag down a server my daughter just got up and found him one. Vespaio in Austin was absolutely incredible! The food was top-tier and the ambiance made it even better. Huge shoutout to our server Tom—he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel special. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Austin!
