Food is great, changes special often and it's actually different, not just a different type of cheese lol. I eat at home....too bar like for me but great for a group.

Typically we grab pizza to go from the Kyle location. Visited this location yesterday for some togo food and would love to come back for dine in soon! Fun atmosphere! The gluten free crust is AMAZING and I have no idea how they can make such a great pizza that is also egg and nightshade free! They also have many vegan topping options if you need dairy free.

The hostess she was very rude and called us nasty names so I don’t recommend this place

Jill, our bartender, was awesome!! She kept the vibes great & the bar clean! Food was soooo good! There was an issue with the pizza and before I could tell her it wasn’t a big deal they had our corrected order already in the oven! This place is dope and I can’t wait to come back again!

Tried this for the first time On a Saturday lunchtime in Pearland. Emmy was a delight as a server and very helpful to a first timer. The pizza (carnivore Detroit style) was amazing! They also sent a meatball appetizer on the house to my table. Highly recommend!!

While the food is good, the experience leaves much to be desired. Poor customer service and ambiguous communication.

I went to Via 313 in Webster, TX for my birthday 12/29/24 and they made my birthday amazing! I have a gluten allergy, and they went above and beyond there too. They gave me a surprise birthday dessert (it was enough to share with my party). And on my way out the door I received a birthday card and a gift card for another pizza! They made my day so special! That meal was my birthday gift, and they made it a gift that kept giving. It being right after Christmas, the experience was memorable and special! Thank you, Courtney, and the Via 313 team!

We dined at The Heights location for a second time. It's about a 45 minute drive for us from The Woodlands but totally worth it. Our pizza was fantastic! We use to get our Detroit style from a place called Barry's that sadly closed during the pandemic after many many years in business. We were discussing tonight that Via 313 is as close to Barry's as we have found. Our server Arthur...I believe his name was Arthur... was fabulous! He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Top notch service and fab food, who could ask for more! We most certainly will be back!

My fiancé and I went to get a slice of pizza. The lady at the counter said no we stopped doing that at 3pm. I said “oh okay what time is it” she replied “3:01pm” .
You kidding me?! I’m a paying customer and the company said “no”. I would have paid not the lunch price. Whatever it cost for a slice, I’m already here and hungry.
Nobody was in the restaurant at this time either. It’s not like it was busy and I was asking for something out of the ordinary.

Wild customer service decisions.
