The food was ready in a timely manner & the team was willing to fix a minor error with the order easily. Everybody was also friendly. Via 313 genuinely has *the* best gluten free (with the option for really good dairy free cheese too) Detroit style pizza I've ever had!
We had both the thin crust and the Detroit style pizza. The crispy cheese around the crust was cooked to PERFECTION! The sauce tasted freshly made. Our server was fantastic, full of positive energy and loaded with suggestions allowing us to experience all things that makes this place unique. The beet salad, the artichoke appetizer, Definitely on our list to return when back in the area.

It did not disappoint. Our server, Charlotte was a gem; enthusiastic, friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. We had the breadsticks and they were cooked perfectly with just a little “crunch” around the edges.
If you appreciate great service, food and people-watching on a Friday night, I recommend giving this place a shot.
