Absolutely delicious!! My favorite pho spot

Absolutely delicious little food truck tucked into the food park! Everything was so tasty. Got the fried dumplings, beef pho, grilled pork bellyvermicelli, and Vietnamese iced coffee. Highly recommend all of it!

I'm a huge fan of Pho 63 and was surprised by the their, hopefully temporary, closure.

I'd seen Viet Vibes when drivig down Kramer a few times and i woke up to the perfect weather for noodle soup!

The parking lot was full so i had to park in the front and walk. Its great to see this food truck park have such a good flow of customers.

The truck is tucked away behind a platice tent, that did a great job keeping the wind at bay today. I ordered the bun bo hue and an egg coffee.

I had never had egg coffee and i was honestly blown away by the creaminess and lovely spiced complexity of the egg foam. Sipping on the foam then drinking the coffee through the straw was a nice way to start off the drink.

The bun bo hue came out shortly after and it was perfectly, piping hot. The broth was nice and rich on its own but i still added a couple spoon fulls of sate that was at the table. In the soup was a good amount of noodles, about 4 or 5 slices of wagyu beef, 3 slices of sausage, a boneless trotter, only 1 piece of blood jelly 🥲, and a meatball that reminded me of what is served with bun rieu. It was amazing! I will 100% be back. I need more of that coffee and soup.

The one thing i wish Viet Vibes had that Pho 63 did, is the shrimp paste that some folks use in bbh.

First time here, and let me tell you, i was a bit skeptical because they have under 70 reviews BUT!!!! BUT!!!!! Dont let that fool you, the beef pho was SHMACK(delicious) i would 10/10 come back and try the rest of the menu. The guy was very helpful and very descriptive with what to do with my to go order once i made it home. Did not disappoint. Very good !

Pho is okay. Serving size is so small. Maybe try Banh mi next time. I remember Bun Bo Hue was not bad, better than the pho I had today.

Best pho I’ve had so far here. I was skeptical after ordering that the chicken pho wouldn’t be flavorful, but I was wrong. You know it’s good when you don’t have to add extra seasonings to the broth make it taste better. The serving size was perfect not too much not too little. Would visit again if the drive wasn’t an hour. Maybe another weekend!

No pickled veggies in my banh mi. I was there for a total of 30 minutes and I was the only person there. I ordered a combination banh mi and a coconut coffee to go. Come to find out the older gentleman doesn't know how to use the machine or make the coffee. So, I had to wait for someone else to return and take my payment. While waiting for them, my banh mi was completed. I just had to wait for the other person to come back from wherever they went to make my coffee. By the time they showed up I didn't even want the drink anymore so I just paid for the sandwich and left. Only to get home and find out it was missing the veggies (maybe I could've checked while I was still there 🤷‍♂️) The only reason I would even give a 1 star is if the food was bad. It was still good just missing a key ingredient in that makes a banh mi a banh mi. The people were nice but I just wasn't expecting to wait so long for what would normally be a quick transaction. This was likely just a one time thing and I showed up at a bad time. I'd give it another chance but I rarely eat out, so we'll see.

Horrible portions. I ordered a beef pho with brisket only to receive fat . They gave me fat trimmings and made it difficult to correct order l. I do not recommend them. They are priced as premium but sadly mediocre service

I finally got to try this place and have been back multiple times since! What really stood out to me is the authentic taste — something that’s hard to find anywhere else in Austin. My favorite dishes are the Pho Ga, Pho Bo, Bun Bo Hue, and Com Ga Phu Yen — and don’t even get me started on their desserts, they’re amazing! I also had the chance to meet a couple of the owners, and they were so sweet and friendly. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be recommending it to more family and friends!
