“Alex was super attentive and helpful! Whenever he came to serve us, I noticed him check to see if we were missing anything every time. He was extremely polite and made our first Waffle House experience awesome! He cooked really well and the food was great, we ordered seconds. The facility is clean as well. “What did I really expect? It's just a window over night. I asked for a receipt or a ticket, denied. I waited and watched the window for 20 minutes. Turns out they threw it on a shelf and let it get cold. Plenty way better ways to waste 20 bucks and 20 minutes in a dark parking lot in Austin at 3am.“

Matt was very Welcoming, kept a smile on his face & positive energy throughout the entire time my husband & I visited this location. The Manager was great as well very friendly, greeted us & made sure everything went smoothly.
