“What did I really expect? It's just a window over night. I asked for a receipt or a ticket, denied. I waited and watched the window for 20 minutes. Turns out they threw it on a shelf and let it get cold. Plenty way better ways to waste 20 bucks and 20 minutes in a dark parking lot in Austin at 3am.“
“When I came back out to Texas, I was definitely looking forward to hitting up a Waffle House location. My son and I went to this one in Austin and it was everything I desired. Firstly, the server was great. He greeted everyone that entered and took our order quickly. The Man cheffing our food was so fast, it was on the table before we knew it. Nice! My grit bowl, with bacon and eggs( my favorite) was great and I had to have a pecan waffle with chocolate chips on it. Son had the hashbrown bowl, with sausage, cheese and eggs and a blueberry nougat waffle. I wish the bowl were bigger, as I love grits and that they had real cheeses, besides American cheese (yuck), but it's still my favorite place to eat. I'll Def be back to a Waffle House if I see one again. Sorry I forgot the photos...😁“
