ry disappointed with the Menor, TX restaurant. I was assigned a table very quickly, but my food took forever to arrive. They brought my daughter's food first and then mine. I asked for a sauce that wasn't available at my table but was at another, and the waitress told me she was very sorry they didn't have it. To top it all off, the manager, Alexis, asked for my table because there were other people waiting, and we hadn't even finished our coffee. She looked completely unprofessional; she was cooking and had her hair down. I don't recommend it; IHOP is much better.
I have been to a lot of waffle houses and let’s be honest their customers don’t have the best reputation. So I saw this Waffle House in manor. Brand new and clean so I said it’s time for my kids to try this. I had an awesome time with my family there. All the employees were great. A special shout out to my guy JR and out waitress Kyrah. They were especially awesome.

Cook made a mean pork chop and the vibes were banger on. Had a great chat with other patrons and saw a bunch of cool folks while talking to my wife & people watching. Feels like a diner! Not every WH does, but this did.

I’ve been to this Waffle House a number of times and it’s always a solid location. Today, we had Kyrah (I’m so sorry if I’m spelling it incorrectly or misremembering!) as our server and despite a busy Saturday morning, she was crushing it. She seemed to have a large busy section and despite the demand was keeping up with her tables, and maintained an incredibly positive and lovely attitude towards her customers. She’s gold standard when it comes to food service staff. We’ll be back as per usual!
