Ordered take out this morning and it was the worst ever. Whoever was cooking on 12/4/2025, you should lose your job. I ordered 2 eggs over easy, sausage, toast and grits. The grits had nothing on them and were a lumpy, sticky disgusting mess. Had to throw them away. NO SAUSAGE, which I paid for. The eggs were overcooked and ice cold and the toast was just cold bread. I usually love this place, but I won't be ordering from them anymore. Very, very, very bad!!!!!

Hello, I’m reaching out because I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent visit. The employee named Erin heavier, set female spoke to me in a completely unacceptable manner.
I explained clearly how I wanted my food, and everything came out correctly except the waffle. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that — I even mentioned that I simply preferred it lightly browned. However, after waiting an additional 25 minutes for the corrected waffle, Aaron cursed at me, told me to leave, yelled at me, and belittled me in front of others.
This behavior was shocking and unprofessional. Several witnesses even approached me afterward to say they heard everything and would be willing to speak up about how I was treated. Multiple people stepped outside to check on me because of the situation.
I truly hope this matter is taken seriously. This level of disrespect and hostility is entirely inappropriate for someone working in customer service, and something needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to a response. I really appreciate Dillon He made her go to the back, but she was very aggressive with me.

You don't go here for fancy or gourmet, but it is excellent for that fact that you get OK food at affordable prices. Temper your expectations, and you will have a good time. Try jazzing up your hash browns for an even better time!

When I came back out to Texas, I was definitely looking forward to hitting up a Waffle House location. My son and I went to this one in Austin and it was everything I desired. Firstly, the server was great. He greeted everyone that entered and took our order quickly. The Man cheffing our food was so fast, it was on the table before we knew it. Nice! My grit bowl, with bacon and eggs( my favorite) was great and I had to have a pecan waffle with chocolate chips on it. Son had the hashbrown bowl, with sausage, cheese and eggs and a blueberry nougat waffle. I wish the bowl were bigger, as I love grits and that they had real cheeses, besides American cheese (yuck), but it's still my favorite place to eat. I'll Def be back to a Waffle House if I see one again. Sorry I forgot the photos...😁

It's a waffle house, if you have high expectations your already wrong. But for a waffle house that's 24 hours it was pretty dang good for our 12AM feast. The hash browns, waffles, toast, eggs, and even steak we're all good and worth the price. Staff was friendly and fast as well.
