The shelves were a bit understocked in the school supply section. I asked an employee if there was another section and they were uniformed and unable to help in any way. I then asked another employee and once again, clueless. We are in from Georgia and have stopped at a few Wal-Marts along the way and this is one of the smaller stores so I expected a more limited selection but if I were being honest I would wonder if this branch was closing.

This is a very small Walmart, so you won't find everything you expect at the Super Centers. Fresh fruit and vegetables are of good quality as are bakery items. Despite having COVID precautions, they still put displays in walkways that force people close to each other to walk around them. I did an in store pick up and there were quite a few of us in line. They did a good job herding us in the small Customer Service area. I've used Customer Service to recharge gift cards a number of times over the last year and have had no issues with any of the employees I've interacted with. Apparently they now have curbside pickup, but they lack clear signage. I drove around looking for it and finally just walked in. The employee I interacted with had trouble explaining to me where they were doing curbside (he was confused).

If it were Willmart, they'd sell Last Wills And Testaments, but it's not so they don't. This is not our favourite Walmart, but we were able to find a few of the things we wanted. The parking lot is a total zoo which is annoying, but in general it's a decent Walmart and we were able to get tanning lotion and a few of the grocery items that we needed, so it was fine.

Have a 3 year car battery, still under warranty, won't hold charge. Called ahead to this store to confirm I can bring in the battery and make exchange. Asked if I needed to make appointment, go to specific department, etc. and was told no, just take it to returns/customer service. Go to store next morning, bring in battery, wait my turn. I take the battery to counter and say, "I'm here to exchange this battery, it no longer holds a charge". The woman behind the counter just stares at me with contempt, and provides no response. So I ask, "what do we need to do?" She advises "it's broken and we can't do exchanges". I answer, "yes, it doesn't hold a charge, so I need to exchange, it's still under warranty, and your website says you have this in stock." She says again "it's broken so no exchanges". I'm confused now, and it feels like this woman has a problem with me, so I advise "I called last night to confirm I could bring this in and make an exchange." That's when she clarifies with a snippy response "the "machine" is broken and we can't test this." Well, that's very different from what you've been saying. Then to make sure I don't bring my white *** back to this store, she looks me in the eye and says "And we don't know when we'll get a new one to test with." Of course I can't say anything else or I become a "Karen". I pick up the battery and walk out of the store. WTH Walmart? I call to confirm what I need to do to facilitate this transaction. I drive across town during stage 5 Covid, I wait patiently in line and get a bunch of attitude from an underpaid employee, and get treated like I'm the problem and expecting too much. If the intent is to keep people out of the store, then you've trained your employees correctly. Tonight I'll call around some other Walmarts and see where I can try to make an exchange again, and tomorrow, we'll see if I get a new battery. This is just another reason Walmart is my last resort store....And this particular Walmart is way too full of itself.

Screw this place. Nothing but old people work here and they treat you like a criminal upon entering

their electronic warranty is a lie and a waste of money. I payed for a warranty of 2 years and I couldnt return a broken TV after 6 months. Please do not make the same mistake O did of buying an entertainment system at this place. I will buy from a shady back alley before I make that mistake again.

Garbage store. It's in a ritzier part of town, so I guess I should have expected it. My husband, my toddler and I just got off the road from traveling in our RV for his job, so naturally I need a lot of house items. I came to purchase a ton of hangers for our clothes, and some food items. I spent less than $40. During my time there, I was approached by someone who informed me I was being followed by an employee. I'm used to this, especially in areas like this. I am heavily tattooed and am usually in some type of band t shirt and baseball cap, due to my hair never being fixed. As I'm leaving, I throw my receipt out, as per usual and was asked for it by the old lady at the front. I tell her I don't have it. A manager (?) Sybil (very fitting) GRABS MY BASKET WITH THE ITEMS I NOW OWN, and drug it to customer service to "check my purchases". She pulled all my s*** out and counted it, compared it with the receipt, just to find out the 22 items I bought, were, indeed in there and I was stealing. Thank god there are other places in the city to shop. Target and H‑E‑B have never failed me to this day.

This was the most terrible experience at wal mart. The person in front of me had his dog food priced wrong and they took so long to just go back and check the price. The man had to go back to pick another dog food instead of just honoring it. The same exact thing happened to me while I was buying a scale. It was 5 more bucks that what it said it was and they insisted on having me step to the side while they called someone to check. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Get it together

I shop at this Walmart due to the convenience of it. The store is nice and never really over crowded which I LOVED. The employees (minus the manager, and one other male employee which brown longish hair and glasses) are ALWAYS nice, conversational, and friendly/helpful. I was in the self check out line, asking to put back an item that required an ID because I had left mine in the car, which I was trying to tell the man who was in charge of self check out at the time. I polity asked if I could put back the item and just come back for it in 2 minutes. He interrupted me mid way, and said I NEED TO SEE YOUR ID NOW. I started to talk again asking to put it back for a second, he then yelled at my little sister asking for her ID as well ( she is a minor ), I told him not to yell at my sister that way because 1st of all he had no right to, 2nd I was later informed by the manager ( who I ran into at the next checkout line, after grabbing my items and checking out after her ) who I asked why the other employee was asking for both our IDs while knowing myself that NO WALMART EMPLOYEE EVER has asked for a minors ID while checking out at the cashiers with a parent or guardian. BECAUSE THE MINOR WOULD NOT BE USING OR CONSUMING THE ITEM. I later just went to H-E-B to grab the item that I wanted to buy anyways ( by the way H-E-B employees/manager are always great! ) Now 2 weeks prior the manager ( who always wear a light blue shirt and jeans ) also yelled at a customer in the return line. I did not connect who she was originally till this other employee yelled at me. She acted this way not just in front of me, but 4 other customers and another employee ( who were just as if not more with the way she talked to the customer). She asked why the customer was returning the laptop (which he paid in gift cards, that he was gifted by his parents, only reason everyone in that area knew was because the manger made fun of him for paying this way and told him this was going to be a pain for her to take care off and asking why he didn't pay other way), he was returning the laptop because he received the wrong one from his order. Never have I ever in my life time been so disgusted and disappointed in two employees. They ruined the whole store and I will not be coming back to this place. From one manager to another, you should never yell or make fun of any customer ( right or wrong, whither you like them or not ). You are supposed to be leading by example for employees which it shows they are starting to pick up on HORRIBLE habits. I will GLADLY tell everyone in my area not to go to this Walmart, if need be I will drive the extra 15mins just so I can received great customer service.

zero stars for this location. We had someone following me and my cousin for 10 mins telling us to put masks on due to covid . At first we didn't think he worked there then had another walmart employee come up to us ( completely fine ) but let me explain why we didn't think he worked there for one he had absolutely no name tag of any sort and continued to follow us around then brings another employee when we put on masks on and kicks us out ?? did not state anything about it being a county ordinance of any sort did not give us time just kicked us out . you would assume the people at the doors would tell you you can't come in with no mask on but they did not also he said there were signs all over the doors ??? the doors are open from people walking in and out I did not once see a sign anywhere ! manager is a complete a** who did not stay 6 feet from us but bitches at us for asking us once to put on a mask which we did then kicks us out ?? well guys apparently this walmart thinks they are whole foods now ! i would find another location to go to.

This is the smallest Supercenter I have ever been in. Yes, it is compact, but you can find what you need. This location sells Cassava chips! My favorite. So while buying my favorite chips, I get my other supplies as well. Teeth refund employee are good at this location. They work fast to get you out if you need to return something. Plenty of parking outside.

Apparently this place has no employees because no one ever answers the phone. I'm sure finding a salesperson to help you will be impossible. Cross this store off my list.

Functions well as a convenience store more than anything else. Has some decent wines available in the grocery section.
