The food was amazing the blue cheese burger was the best part of all the meals. Food came out hot and fresh. I didn't like the frozen Marguerita though all I could taste is lime it was overpowering and the server was extremely nice and patient with my roudy kids. the atmosphere is great too I only gave it four stars instead of five because they have a lovely play place but there's no tables to sit at outside with your kids they just have a few small tables outside on the other side of the restaurant there is a good view to be able to watch your kids from inside but it would be nice to sit out at a table on a nice day. The restaurant was very clean and the bathroom was nice and kept up well.

It’s the place to be around beautiful friends and family.
Good food and the playground for the kids was great. Not anything unique but nice enough to let the kids stretch their legs while we cought up with family.

Went for brunch. Hadn’t been in a long time and had a small kid in tow so wanted a place with a playground. It’s a pretty good playground too. Food was decent. I got brunch. Solid hash browns and poached eggs were perfectly done. Bacon surprisingly good (most places it’s either too floppy). Only disappointment was the biscuits and sausage gravy. Brisket looked very nice but not much flavor. Sausage grave was very bland but at least it wasn’t lumpy. All in all a good experience and will have to get this spot back in rotation. I wish Waterloo still did the cinnamon chocolate shakes like when they first opened. Those were amazing and I’d come in weekly if that was still a thing.

Food and server were great but not giving 5 stars because bartender was rude to us while we waited for a table. While outside for a table, my wife and niece were playing outside. My brother in law and were laughing at them playing. The bartender took out a curbside order and saw that we were laughing and she turned to us and asked “what” but in a very rude way. Told her we were laughing at our family and she just rolled her eyes. Other than then rude bartender girl, everything else was great.

Austin original. Service was fast and friendly. White Christmas Margarita was delicious and the presentation was fun. We ordered a bunch of appetizers for fun and they came quickly and were very tasty! I recommend them for a unique Austin experience.

The food is pretty good but my daughter love Waterloo bc of the great playscape they have. It’s very nicely done. We love it because it keeps her entertained before the food arrives and after she is done eating.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

I'm in there about 4 times a week for breakfast because they open at 7 am. Food is always good and the waitstaff is friendly and efficient. Nothing fancy.

I had a very bad experience there today with a young lady she said her name was Shay I feel like I was discriminated on I went to pick up an order and she jumped down my throat when I asked did she know how much longer it would be she came around the counter with rage and told me that I always complained when I had never been into this establishment before I would really like to talk to someone from corporate as she is the store manager acting like that I will also look for a corporate number as she didn’t want to give me one

Very friendly staff even though we were there close to closing. Kudos!
We love our neighborhood Ice House, but were eaten alive by mosquitoes Thursday evening on the patio. I have ~20 bites on my ankles and arms. I would assume a commercial establishment would treat the area for bugs. This is patio weather season. I hope they do something about it.
