We stopped in for breakfast. Their buttermilk biscuits are incredible. I don't recommend the bacon as it appears to be deep- fried. The sausage is much better.
I LOVE Waterloo. For any meal breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. The service is always great and I love the variety of the menu, especially as someone who's gluten-free. Their cinnamon pecan gluten-free pancakes are to die for.

Food is always amazing! We love it here for the friendly environment and playground! But today was different.. we got there around 10:00 and let them know we had a big party ( 16 people) they said 11:00 would work.. well 11:00 came and they were very annoyed at us! Our tables were not ready until 11:39 and some people couldn't stay for lunch. The manager was very rude to us about the tables. We gave them ample time. We go to this location every week, but after this interaction I'm not sure anymore.

The migas were the worst I've ever had. The eggs in the dish were unrecognizable, likewise the tortilla strips. The restroom deodorizer is toxic and gave me headache. I space itself is nice and I enjoyed watching the little children in the playscape.

Waterloo is great but heads up to all you parents out there: if you bring your kiddos for the playground, you cannot bring your dog. The only dog friendly area is not connected to the playground. A little frustrating for us so don’t make the same mistake I did!

Breakfast was amazing and Tamara was the best server we’ve had here ! I come here every Saturday morning with my husband it’s our fav spot for breakfast and we have never had service like we did today. Thank you Tamara for taking care of us we will def be back!
