We ordered two burgers. They were both cold. The fat on the meat was congealing by the time we started eating our burgers.

This was my second visit to this burger joint. I went in today and was disgusted by the employees’ lack of basic hygiene. One worker had the sniffles and repeatedly wiped his nose. Even after putting on gloves and making my food, he continued wiping his nose throughout the process. I had to ask him to put on new gloves and stop wiping his nose. The other worker wore only one glove and kept adjusting his hair and scratching.

This is not acceptable—it's unhygienic and frankly gross. I don’t think either employee realized what they were doing until I said something. They need to be retrained on proper food-handling and sanitation practices.

The food itself was actually decent, but it would have been much more enjoyable if I could trust the cleanliness of the kitchen and staff.

Good burger and fries. Got the double...too much for me for one meal. Went to the one in Tech Ridge plaza...their A/C was not working. Very uncomfortable.

I have been twice. Both times, the food has been delicious. Service and atmosphere depend on the staff working when you go in. Giving 4 stars to service and atmosphere due to my first experience here. Lost a star from my last visit. The crew didn't seem to care much about what I was asking for other than it had bacon on the burger, and they were out of bacon, which I said I still want the burger(Cajun burger) for the sauce and pepper jack cheese. Would not allow me to order it, so I settled for the classic still delicious though.

This is where it’s at if you want a burger that’s well built, fresh, and every ingredient stands out. You can actually taste the bacon! Unlike most chain restaurants, the food was brought to the table hot, the cheese was actually melted on the burger unlike most places. Thanks guys…you rock

The milkshake was incredible.
Joseph (name that was on receipt) needs a raise for exceptional hospitality, along with the cooks that were working. (Nov 17 around 3pm.)

Update:
It was so good in fact that later on that evening we told our friends about it, and so we called an order in to go. Definitely not the same as it was earlier in the day. So my advice is to dine in if you want an optimal experience.

I went in recently for the first time at lunch on a Friday. In summary, decent food, slow service. A few people eating. No one up front at all. No problem gives me time to look over the menu. No one noticed me there for a good 10 minutes. I’m guessing all three employees were on a smoke break or something. The only reason they saw me was a group of 4 came in behind me. With that, I figured my order would be lumped in with theirs and it was. I ordered the classic regular meal deal (reg drink & fries & burger). I usually don’t do a double patty burger but it appears all the burgers except for kids menu are double patty. The iced tea wasn’t fresh (hit/miss in small places like this) so I poured it out for lemonade, a better option. My burger came just behind the group that came in AFTER me but not a surprise. (But the main reason I knock 2 stars off) The burger & fries were decent; the classic burger - with all the fixings - was a tad messy but that’s not always a bad thing. I would think most of the burgers on this menu are a little messy, but again not necessarily a bad thing. The generous helping of crispy fries were even better. Given the slow service yet decent food, for a better experience I’d recommend ordering ahead to go pickup or delivery. Experiences in small mom & pop places may generally vary and this is no exception. Above average burger & fries.

Why tf was that so greasy? Yuck. Decent options but expect heartburn or acid reflux. Won’t order again

I visited Wayback Burgers and was really disappointed with the experience. The food just didn’t live up to the hype, it lacked flavor, didn’t taste fresh, and overall felt like poor quality for the price. The visit left me unsatisfied, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. I was hoping for a great burger spot, but this just missed the mark completely.

Today I had an amazing experience with these amazing burgers! The buns crunched with the tender tear away burger meat. I had a burger with onion rings on it! Gotta say top tier ingredients, close to Culver's type of burgers!

First time i came in they were closed for a few days due to power problems. But they made up for it by the unique radio station and amazing shakes!
