I have been twice. Both times, the food has been delicious. Service and atmosphere depend on the staff working when you go in. Giving 4 stars to service and atmosphere due to my first experience here. Lost a star from my last visit. The crew didn't seem to care much about what I was asking for other than it had bacon on the burger, and they were out of bacon, which I said I still want the burger(Cajun burger) for the sauce and pepper jack cheese. Would not allow me to order...

This is where it’s at if you want a burger that’s well built, fresh, and every ingredient stands out. You can actually taste the bacon! Unlike most chain restaurants, the food was brought to the table hot, the cheese was actually melted on the burger unlike most places. Thanks guys…you rock

The milkshake was incredible.
Joseph (name that was on receipt) needs a raise for exceptional hospitality, along with the cooks that were working. (Nov 17 around 3pm.)

Update:
It was so good in fact that later on that evening we told our friends about it, and so we called an order in to go. Definitely not the same as it was earlier in the day. So my advice is to dine in if you want an optimal experience.
