I was driving through Austin heading to Killeen to drop my daughter off, and I got hungry and decided to swing by Wendy's. But that experience turned out to be a bad mistake.
The food was cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I ordered a Biggie Bag Bacon Double Stack with mayo, lettuce, and tomato, but I received the complete opposite. There was no bacon, the cheese was cold and unmelted, and the meat was burnt and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.
The fries were okay, but the nuggets were also cold.

I went here around 2 am on 08/03/25. The service and food were terrible. The staff there didn’t have my order right and no ice for the drinks. I work in customer service and know how service should be and this isn’t it. They were playing around and when I asked did they have ice she was like no. I feel that’s something the guest should know before ordering. The food was cold and drink was flat. I want be back to this location ever.
