Cold food that was just sitting under a heat lamp, my food was ready in two seconds and I see whySoda machine had no ice and no carbonation and the staff didn’t care about anything. The person that took my order in the dining room wasn’t professional at all. Love Wendy’s and it was an Awful experience. Not coming back to this location

Delicious chicken bites and my husband enjoyed his little burger. Just what we needed for a quick 1 hour drive to San Antonio. They also gave me extra napkins. That makes me happy.

This happened at 6:15pm. Really bad service!!! The restaurant is dead and they try to give you a hard time just on ordering on the drive thru. I speak pretty loud and the guy on the drive thru thinks I work here. I asked for the new Loaded nacho cheese burger and he asked me what number. I told him I don't know the burger you guys are promoting the burger. He tells me yeah it has a number, it's the number 8. I'm like oh okay. Sorry I don't know your menu. Guy just trying too much. I picked to go inside to order the rest of my order since I had a big order but if the first combo was already bumpy, I just imagine how the rest of the order was going to turn out. So I told my wife to go inside and order because I can't deal with try hard for nothing employees. Especially since I have a 16 plus years of experience in the restaurant industry. Of course they took long with my order I got my order at 6:46pm

I bought a 5 dollar biggie bag. As an ex Wendy's employee I would never serve one of my customers the food I received. I was upcharged my drink and was given unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. And my fries were cold and unsalted. I'm lucky the rest of my food was warm and my onions were removed as per my request. I think I will take the extra 5 minutes to go to a different one in the future. But I guess that's how it is.
Went to location before closing (2:50) Staff ignored me until 3am to say they are closed. Since I’m here the food is always cold. Please stop setting standards you cannot uphold. Wasting my time driving here.
