They keep answering there phone and purposely not saying anything, I have called 20 times to try and get my order corrected they continually answered the phone and didn’t say nothing around 2:30am-3:35am on Wed 17 2025, they gave me the wrong order for one, all I wanted was my order to be fixed

Completely garbage place. Put in an order online and went to pick it up just for them to ignore me in the drive thru and went inside to them refusing to acknowledge me or make my order. Just completely terrible and will absolutely be calling district in the morning.

This is the Takis sandwich IRL. I am repeatedly let down by Wendy's, but I keep falling for their gimmick items. Their staff are always wonderful, though.

I said no mayo how is it that its universal for fast food when someone says plain and dry you people go out of your way to add stuff to it I'm literally making your job easier you're doing more by added it half of y'all go nowhere else to be that's the best y'all can do is fast food at least have some courtesy to do the job well

I order 3 spicy chicken meal an 1 fuego meal and everything was old and the chicken was all dry and the fries were exajerated with salt and a lady that attended us had a bad character and she gave me the order and didn’t give me the receipt and my card back and y went back and a men was at the window and we told him that i left my card and a lady didn’t give me my card back and I told him what name was in the card and he still didn’t give me my card and he asked for identification when it was the lady’s fault for not giving me my card back and this happened at 2:15

Very rude drive through morning staff. Took my money but wouldn't make my food. Told me to go get my money back at the bank. I would steer clear of this location.
