I was here late night, it was fresh and fast, only reason I gave 4 stars for service was the lady that took my order had a heavy Spanish accent that made it a little difficult, but she got my order right the first time, I'll come back to this Wendy's for the late night for sure! Google also brought me in the back way, which made it a little difficult, it brought me in against the drive thru, Im attaching pictures of the entrance.

The coca-cola freestyle machine had more than half the options “unavailable”. They also didn’t give us part of the order and we didn’t realize until we were already back at the hotel so we were not going back. Food came quickly but the patty for the burger was quite dry as if it was pre cooked and sitting out for a while.

What can I say the lady at the counter pretty rude it's like the second time I've encountered it with her. I don't hold it against her I've been in the business awhile you never know what someone is going through. It's just perfessionaly speaking she just needs retraining because that could really drive customers away especially the couple times I've encountered her. On the bright note the manager or G.M. lady looked into the issue I had with the order I placed and figured out what went wrong I was overcharged by the way, but the manager helped me and was so nice thank you so much I will return soon.

Wendys hit rock bottom whenever they took away the bourbon bacon burger. I can't bring myself to eat here anymore. Just go to Buddy's Burger down the street instead.

I asked the girl at the counter what came in a particular burger and she just walked away, while gesturing to the guy at the drive thru to come help me. That was after I had to get her attention from her phone, and then wait for the video she was watching- to finish. I speak Spanish too.., so why wouldn't she gesture to me to hold on, ask me to hold on. ask me if I speak Spanish., or learn the ingredients in English.., for instances like this (after all, her job is her livelihood). Then she's the person who got my food (old fries) on the tray. I can't say for sure, but I don't think her hands got washed. While eating, she then turned on another video with volume up, right at the front counter. She doesn't work there. She plays on her phone there. I'm tempted to report. I know that in other parts, there is training and a food handlers card required to even work at a restaurant/ handle food. I did that work as a kid.., for years, and that was the worst ever.
