We waited 30 min for our food. No one greated us at the window. Had no explanation of why there was a wait or hello thanks for waiting. I understand it being a rush hour but it was 10:00pm at night with hardly anyone in line...
Everytime I've been here in the afternoons, the employees are smart mouthed and dont seem to know what they're doing. Please do some customer service training.
