This is a bad location with unhappy employees. They seem motivated to get my order wrong which is hilarious to me. Chewy bacon, missing nuggets, I ask for no mayo? I get extra mayo. Whoever owns this spot does not care. Not a huge deal but definitely disappointed. Oh well

If you guys are going to charge $13 for fries and nuggets, at least make them fresh for your customer. Old soggy fries and that are over salted with soggy nuggests. Didn't even eat it, waste of money. DO BETTER WENDYS!!

I am so disappointed with this Wendys. I was just bragging on them yesterday about the burger being fresh and hot. Yet today when I get it was the total opposite. First and foremost they didn't give me the Dave's double I paid for. I received a single instead of a double then the burger was lukewarm. Since I was In a rush going to work I couldn't take it back. I just don't understand how something so simple could be messed up

Edgar charged us for fries when we only ordered a water and two small frostys… when we brought up the error he said “Oh… it’s okay.” and just gave us our card back after SEVERAL minutes during a slow night.
STILL charged us for the fries, even after repeating our order, and refused to fix the mistake???

The beauty of Wendy's regardless is you will get a freshly made burger. That is what I wanted and I got it. Could use a bit more garnish but I can also do that when I have time to eat on site. If I am on the fly, I just insist on what I like more and I get it. Freshly made is my key word that resonates with Wendy's
It’s fast food not a gourmet burger shop… so I won’t compare it to one… fine for a quick meal on the go. The app really helps and you can save money using it!
