We were in the drive thru and experienced quite inconvienient service. We tried to communicate with the associates but has some problems while doing so, at some points we got silent response. However eventually, the next time we heard of the associate was they telling us to goes to the window. At the window we tried to explains to them that we couldn’t hear them talk, and the responses that we got was also silent and incoherent. Perhaps there were technical problems in between that could have caused this misunderstanding, but we would say that it would be better to have this area be improve.

It's a Wendy's, so temper expections. One I visited, one of windows had been broken out. There is (surprisingly) some sort of fireplace here? Staff was nice. Prices were decent.

I came to this Wendy’s and got a combo number 6 and it is 11.19 so these ppl charged me more for the drink and I told them I want the drink that comes with the combo and they said that is the drink and I said how the combo has a price and that is the price but they still continue to tell me that it is up charge heck no this is the last time I come here please be aware of the receipt ask for one if not given to u

The drive thru has terrible service there is never any salt on the fries have been there three times and no salt on fries when I asked for salt the lady at the window looked at me in disgust as if it weren’t her job to give the best quality service possible if you’re in the service industry and want to be paid like a trench worker then actually provide a service worth paying for absolute horrible experience in addition the fries taste like they’ve been sitting in a dehumidifier the fries are never fresh

The service was okay. I’m a bit upset. My family was about to dine in and the worker told us that the lobby was closed, yet the whole staff was sitting at in a booth just talking. The crazy part is the time was early it was not even 8PM. There is no way the lobby close almost 7:30PM. The lady was nice but this was terrible. The doors were open.
