I've kind of tried giving this Wendy's multiple tries before, but the disrespect kind of turns me off: just yesterday, I had to wait about almost about 30 minutes to receive my meal until I went up to the front desk and asked the workers about my sandwich and they just looked at me blankly and asked if I ordered a sandwich almost like they never knew that I existed. One of the employees already said she made my sandwich and had another one put together my meal and gave it to me. I then went back to the front desk to ask the manager for two packs of ranch and she gave it to me silently whereas afterwards I said thank you. It turned me off that none of them apologized for the mistake they made and instead I pretty much get ignored almost like I never existed? When I then went back to eat at the counter I was sitting at one of the employees complained about my stuff being there at the counter to one of the managers and the manager spoke to me almost in such a condescending tone of voice about how if I leave my stuff over their they were not going to be responsible for what happens to it and asked me: "Okay?" Almost like I was a five-year-old.
I think the employees need to be a bit more respectful to some of the customers who spend their time and money to enjoy food, not be disrespected.

Cannot believe it bread was hard like it sat out all day. French fries were so overcooked and old they were brown and black. Also french fry boxes were half empty what a joke I was so nice to them and they couldn't even make sure my food was full and fresh What a Sad state that Wendy's is

Too cold and the same cold of the place, the food gets cold very quickly, it is super uncomfortable to eat like this and the worst thing is that you tell the employees and they just stare at you as if they were dumb, they do not solve anything, I think it is not a good idea to return to this place

I remember exactly why I quit going to Wendy’s. I just paid $ 13.50 for this spicy chicken sandwich and a medium fry at best. O a cup full of ice that was supposed to be a soda.
Parking: They’re not very many places to park, especially since there is half a tree, taking up four of the parking places they still haven’t yet to pick up
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. I wouldn’t call it wheelchair friendly they have wheelchair ramp at a horrible angle.

Consistently does not accommodate with their service. Literally says open til 3 but at midnight theyre sitting on the curb telling stories instead of telling me my total.
I always use drive thru usually at night. And they always ask me to move forward instead of letting me wait at the window. I get it if there were people behind me but no one’s ever behind me. I don’t get why they do that. And haven’t got an answer to it either.
