I never leave reviews for fast food, but after my encounter with Alejandra just now in the drive-through I had to she was so kind and has such a positive energy about her. It made my day!!! I witnessed her be scrutinized over the size of the burger a man ordered, he said it wasn’t big enough lol. I heard him say he was going to leave her a bad review for it so I wanted to come counteract that because it wasn’t right.

The food tasted old, the staff was extremely unhelpful, Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave over how horrible this Wendy's is. If I could give it 0 stars, I would, although I feel like that's still too high.

I ordered two jr cheese burgers, 6 piece nuggets, large diet Dr Pepper and a baconator, large fries and a tangerine twist. I received everything except the baconator burger. I’ve tried calling them five times and not once did they answer.
Amazing service and very gracious to U.S. military veterans. Thank you for the free breakfast. It was very kind of your business. Highly recommended to all, especially Veterans!!

Food was exactly as expected, service through the drive through was excellent. I originally ordered two meals with a special request for one. There was either a language barrier or a problem with the speaker and I was sure my meal wouldn’t be as ordered. The attendant confirm my meal at the window and I realized shortly after leaving that the special request was not confirmed. To my surprise later the meal was exactly as requested. 5 stars for Service and attention to detail.

Had a great meal- everything was amazing but my soda was not that great. Please fix your soda- it tastes so artificially sweetened- I don’t even wanna finish it. specifically the coke. McDonald’s is killing yall in this department.

I just would honestly advise to spend your money elsewhere. There wasn’t a single worker who could communicate with us after our order was messed up. No receipt given either. Just go spend your money somewhere more deserving

I've kind of tried giving this Wendy's multiple tries before, but the disrespect kind of turns me off: just yesterday, I had to wait about almost about 30 minutes to receive my meal until I went up to the front desk and asked the workers about my sandwich and they just looked at me blankly and asked if I ordered a sandwich almost like they never knew that I existed. One of the employees already said she made my sandwich and had another one put together my meal and gave it to me. I then went back to the front desk to ask the manager for two packs of ranch and she gave it to me silently whereas afterwards I said thank you. It turned me off that none of them apologized for the mistake they made and instead I pretty much get ignored almost like I never existed? When I then went back to eat at the counter I was sitting at one of the employees complained about my stuff being there at the counter to one of the managers and the manager spoke to me almost in such a condescending tone of voice about how if I leave my stuff over their they were not going to be responsible for what happens to it and asked me: "Okay?" Almost like I was a five-year-old.
I think the employees need to be a bit more respectful to some of the customers who spend their time and money to enjoy food, not be disrespected.
