Placed an online order for pick up in the drive thru. Had to wait over 20 minutes. Needed to use the restroom while I was waiting. All doors were locked. I barely made it back home with the food. Thanks for that

So I ordered this baconater to discover it was raw. When I returned to the store to complain I was met with an attitude of rudeness and dismissive attitude from their gm stefania. Ultimately another manager by the name of Paloma resolved the issue to my satisfaction but not until I had wait until they were ready to assist me. In my experience of being a patron here and during my short stint of being an employee here they definitely need HR training in dealing with people of color. Since a large majority of their staff are non English speakers.

If i could give zero stars i would. If I'm even acknowledged, it's quick and impolite. Food is good when they actually get it right. Just stood in line for 5 minutes with someone in front of me, and was just stared at by three different workers, standing around. Didn't even attempt to greet either of us. Drive thru was empty and so was the lobby. I've tried this wendys a few times hoping it was just an off day. Nope.

Ordered online as I always do after my shift at work nearby. Usually I have no problems coming to get food this late before they close but tonight was a problem. Went and waited at the drive thru speaker for a while and no one answered so I drove up to the windows to see if anyone would come up to me. Nothing. I do this about three times until I go to the first window where I see two women doing dishes and wave them down. They only laughed and waved back at me. Sat there for a while until the saw me show them my phone through the window that I ordered online and they waved no. I understand you’re closing but I ordered 25 minutes before the closing time only to not get my food and waste my time.

Just wanted to get a frosty , 3 different workers walked by us at the counter and never greeted us or even said “we’ll be right with you “

How is this place even open. Would put zero if i could worst fast food ive had. Food was old, fires and burger were disgusting. Bread bun was chewy. Fires had been sitting and had been fried many times.
