9:47pm sat at drive they for 17 minuets with no answer from anyone. As I pulled around the bend , you could see 4 female employees quickly exiting a parked car with one male occupant. It seems that sitting the car with your friends is much more important than doing what you’re being paid to do

2/3 of meal was inedible. The chicken nuggets had a fowl flavor and fries looked so brown and had a horrid flavor also. Not sure if they just aren't maintaining their fryers properly doing grease or what but something is really off. Food was thrown out. I tried to call to notify them but there was no answer. So here I am notifying them, if they even read these.

Wendy's now serves shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. No indication of change. All the menu pictures still have leaf lettuce. Not happy about it. Also the AC didn't work well in the lobby. The manager and line worker, however, were great and in very good spirits to kindly hear my complaint.

Brock , was the guy who took our meal order here at this location, the 620 by Anderson mill rd. He was absolutely amazing. He was such a complete delight. Thank you for taking our order was having a bad and he made my day so thank you again!
Wendys is pretty solid, and dont get theor just due. Staff always nice, just little mistakes on orders oncs in awhile. Food is fresh and $ right.

Sad service! Food was cold. Workers act like they are bothered you’re even there, even though there’s literally no one in line. It’s super dark so I think most people think they’re closed, but I shouldn’t feel like I’m inconveniencing you for asking you to do your job. Got my order wrong as well. When I told them my food was cold after they fixed the order they rolled their eyes. This is the experience I’ve had every time visiting this location. Just sad.
