My order is always wrong here. The food is always cold. Chicken nuggets were cold and hard as rocks. I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was cold and chewy. Food is never fresh and order is always wrong. This happens every time I go and I finally learned my lesson. Avoid this place.

The food is fine but the last four or five times I’ve used the drive though I’m asked to pull forward and wait 5+ minutes with no one behind me. Is there a reason I can’t grab it at a window that’s not nefarious?

This was my second and last visit to this Wendy's. Both times the chocolate frostie machine wasn't working (nbd.) Tonight I ordered an asiago ranch chicken sandwich and got a bun, chicken triangle, slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce. One side of the bun had some mayo. I have pictures. My meal was $18+
Lesson learned, fast food is not worth it.

waited almost 5 minutes for someone to even say hello at the speaker. not even a hello, just what can i get for you! had to repeat our order 3X. on the 3rd time they told us to wait because theyvwas doing something. we went inside, still rang up our order wrong. i wanted a small fry with my order, they rang me up for a medium. i also had a free any size fry and they fry was not free, whatever discount they put only took off .50. HORRIBLE customer service! the manager did not even apologize for anything.”, everyone was just looking at us as if we were wrong or was not suppose to be there. our order number was 2011 and i would like for someone to contact me about this ASAP.

Tell me why the morning manager tries to steal the change of customers. I came to this Wendy's bc its right by where I work and the several times I came the manager always gives me the wrong change and at first I thought it was a coincidence but I pay attention to the way she handles money she hesitates on some bills whether on purpose or something else but she always gives me the wrong change just like today, my change was $7 and she gave me $2 and the change and noticed that she hesitated pulling $5 from the drawer and I doubt she would've been honest about it.

It's nice that this location is open very late. Easy order online and drive thru pickup. Food was all fresh made when picked up.

I walked in and waited in front of the registers for 8 minutes and was never helped. Two ladies before me were standing there as well. One had ordered, the other had not. You lost a customer today. I had to talk myself into spending $15 for a fast food meal. Never going back now, despite it being convenient at work. One of the employees did make eye contact but I waved her off and walked over to McDonalds where I got immediate service.
