I've noticed in the past year (after eating here for 3 years) that it has become more consistent for me to not receive the correct order. I can't even let the staff know that I didn't get something or that i received another person's order because they are always understaffed and for some reason they never know how to speak english. They obviously can read enough to know what is on the order but they can't communicate anything beyond that and it's frustrating. A loss of $2-5 dollars in food almost weekly adds up, especially for a broke college student. They need to change their staff or always have an english/bilingual hire at the register. This is not fair.

** A Surreal Experience at Wendy's**

⭐☆☆☆☆ (For the experience, not the service!)

I recently visited a Wendy’s and, wow, it was an encounter to remember! I had high hopes for a classic burger and fries but ended up with an unexpected twist that left me questioning reality.

1. **First Impressions:** The place seemed normal enough at first. The menu was bright, the staff was doing their usual hustle, and the smell of freshly cooked burgers filled the air. However, things took a wild turn when I approached the counter to place my order.

2. **The Employee:** The employee taking my order was… well, let’s say he was not acting like your typical fast-food worker. His energy was off the charts! He was moving quickly, speaking in rapid-fire sentences, and seemed to be completely absorbed in his own world. I half-expected him to start juggling the ketchup bottles!

3. **Order Mayhem:** When I tried to place my order, he kept mishearing me and responding with random phrases. “You want a Frosty? Totally! But what about the pineapple?” I wasn’t sure where the pineapple came into play, considering it’s not even on the menu! This went on for a solid few minutes, and I almost felt like I was in a comedy sketch.

4. **The Energy:** His laughter was contagious, albeit a tad alarming. Other customers were exchanging glances, unsure if they should be amused or concerned. One woman looked ready to call for backup, while another guy made a TikTok video of the chaos unfolding.

5. **Final Thoughts:** After an endlessly entertaining ordering process, I finally got my meal—completely different from what I intended but packed with character (literally!). The food was still decent, as Wendy’s usually is, but the experience overshadowed the taste.

In summary, if you want a classic fast-food experience, you might want to pick a different Wendy's or at least brace yourself for a wild ride! Just remember, sometimes you get more than you bargained for. Who knew a simple trip for a burger could turn into a show? 🍔🙃

It is what it is. Burgers, fries, and soda. The burgers are not square like they used to be and are smaller. You know what you are getting.

I eat here WAY too often, and can confidently say that there's roughly a 40 percent chance your order will be incorrect, more-so if you request any modification. You'll wait 15 minutes for your food, followed by more time for them to correct it, before finally getting your almost right but still not right order. No apologies or anything, more like you'll get dirty looks for requesting your order to be corrected. All the while *two* different music tracks are *blasting* from speakers, the kitchen and dining room songs bleeding into eachother like the world's worst DJ. So to recap, slow service, inaccurate orders on the regular, blasting music, and dirty looks. Why two stars and not one? Only because I genuinely like the food. We can't all be perfect, but we can choose to eat somewhere else.

Watched my piping hot chili sit on the counter for 15 minutes. It was cold by the time it was thrown in a bag and handed to me

lowkey really mean customer service :(
I ordered the ghost pepper ranch burger and explicitly asked for no onions but they kept insisting that it had no onions. I trusted them but guess what....THERE WERE ONIONS IN MY BURGER.
I politely asked them to remake my burger and then a lady came forward, side eyed me, and dropped/half-tossed my bag at me before immediately turning away like I had personally wronged her. (At least they remade my burger) (the guy that took my order was apologetic, didn't appreciate the gaslighting but at least he said sorry)😔
