lowkey really mean customer service :(
I ordered the ghost pepper ranch burger and explicitly asked for no onions but they kept insisting that it had no onions. I trusted them but guess what....THERE WERE ONIONS IN MY BURGER.
I politely asked them to remake my burger and then a lady came forward, side eyed me, and dropped/half-tossed my bag at me before immediately turning away like I had personally wronged her. (At least they remade my burger) (the guy that took my order was apologetic, didn't appreciate the gaslighting but at least he said sorry)😔

This has to be just the nastiest fast food place we have been to in a long, long time. Stopped in here at the Wendy's Jester Center before a volleyball game at UT. Geez, is it because there are mostly students coming in here that you just don't care? The place is a mess - dirty tables everywhere, filthy carpet in the dining area that should've been pulled up years ago, and the employees just don't seem to care. The ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup, one of the drink machines was broken and the other one was dirty, and the food was just ok (thank you for small favors). Can't believe we paid over $25 for two meals in this dirty place. My next stop online is the health department.

I will never go back to the Wendy's at UT. Sometimes the people working there just look right through me and don't take my order.I hope the 2 people working this morning lose their jobs. They were super rude and when I called them on it, they told me I was rude.When I walked in, they just kept talking to each other, never said "I'll take your order over here" or anything.I ordered chicken nuggets, a value drink and a small Frosty.When my order came up I asked several times about my Frosty. They acted like they had no clue what I wAs talking about, so I said I ordered a small vanilla Frosty. The guy started saying they didn't have vanilla, then he held up the receipt to show there wasn't a Frosty on it, like trying to prove me wrong or act like I was trying to get away with something? Instead of just saying they didn't ring it up and then ringing it up. I said okay I'd like to get a Frosty, then said never mind, because of their attitude. They said ok and started talking and laughing amongst themselves while I went to get a drink. I know how to use the drink machines but often they don't work and the employees get huffy. I couldn't get any ice out of the machine so I went back to the counter where they ignored me, so I said loudly, can I get a drink? The guy said, the drinks are over there in the machine. I said I know but it's not working. He said you have to choose which drink you want. DUH! I said, listen, I know how to in use the machine, but it's not working. The girl said " the machine is working just fine. How are we being rude when we explained that we're out of ice because of the race, and you're rude, too.If I could give them a negative 10 for service I would.Isaid I would never go back, but I decided to go back one more time to use my $2 off from taking the survey, if the 2 people from the previous day weren't working.A different guy was working, so I placed my order and gave him the receipt with the code on it. He said you have to take the survey, I can't take this. I said I did take the survey, that's how I got this code that's written on the receipt. He said he didn't know how to ring it up.

Ordered a chicken sandwich from grubhub and all I got was two pieces of toasted bread. Can’t wait till robots take over and do the job that no one else wants to do
