Absolutely worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. There’s literally only two ladies there I walk in. I wait for at least 10 minutes for them to even look at me. No one‘s in the line. No one‘s in the store and then when she finally comes to me, she takes my order. I get my food and everything‘s cold. How can food be cold when there’s only two people working no one in the drive-through no one inside me by myself horrible horrible horrible place to eat food I would never ever recommend this Wendy’s for anyone

Cold food. Don't order the mushroom burger. Mushrooms will be cold. Service is terrible, employees are always on phones or goofing off in the back and it takes forever to order, only to get cold food. Wish there were better options in my neighborhood after I get off work late.
#2 doesn't come with mustard... Why is there mustard on my burger? I just want a burger with mayonnaise and no fast food restaurant can EVER get it right. It's really frustrating.

Ordered a salad from the McNeil location and all of my lettuce was old, looked like they put all the old lettuce at the bottom like I wouldn't notice. Literally, zero of it was edible. Everything else we ordered was great.
