There are plenty of Wendy's in the city of Austin that CAN hack it, and it's baffling what a failure this place is. I have to guess that the management does not respect the employees, because they rarely behave respectfully towards customers. Food takes forever and they always try to leave out items or ignore specifics of your order. The experience of dining here is nothing that it should be.

I ordered a number 8 w/ no tomatoes add pickles and guess what? My sandwich has tomatoes and no pickles. On top of that they gave me spicy chicken. Also they never have any cookies. I tried to call to rectify the issue and the phone doesn’t even work. My mouth Is hot and I’m highly upset. This Wendy’s is terrible.
