Ordered a salad from the McNeil location and all of my lettuce was old, looked like they put all the old lettuce at the bottom like I wouldn't notice. Literally, zero of it was edible. Everything else we ordered was great.

Ordered 2 Biggie meals going to 2 different locations. 1 order had the sandwich and both fries and the other had the sandwich and both 4 piece nuggets instead of the complete meals being together. My son went earlier and his order was completely wrong. Usually they have attitudes as well.

This place is SO hit or miss. One thing they are consistent on is not giving you a receipt!!
I used to catch a team in the evenings that made great sandwiches. They were fresh, perfect amount of sauces, and it made me so happy. But they never gave me a receipt so I couldn’t praise them.
Then, other times you get the opposite. I stopped by today and the woman didn’t know how to ring up my order. Of my 3 item, only one was on the screen before she told me to pull around to the window. Then she had a conversation with someone who came from the kitchen before she gave me a total. I paid (in cash, did she just keep it??), got my bag, and she disappeared. I had ordered two sandwiches, there was only one. Did I pay for two??? But I couldn’t ask her because she was gone. Also, the sandwich was the BIGGEST waste of $9 (or who knows how much it cost? I don’t know what I paid for). The bread was stale. The chicken patty was dry and had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. It was gross and I couldn’t eat it. Too bad I couldn’t give feedback or get a refund, because I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT.
It’s fast food. You’re taking your chances anyway, just ask for a receipt.

First off, I was the only person there. No vehicles, nobody in drive-thru. So they couldn’t get the one order they got in that 5 minutes correct… anyway ordered a chicken sandwich, not spicy, no tomatoes add pickles and there were no pickles or tomatoes and the chicken was SPICY AF, but of course you don’t realize it until you bite into the dang sandwich… large fries looked like a small fry in a large box. And everything was cold… I do mean everything. Just close down at this point if you are going to be this mediocre.

Didn't wanna answer the phone so they manup to there mistakes so I will leave a 1 star since they prefer that. Fries and nuggets were cold I had to put them in the microwave. The cooked burger was good. But everything else no. First time I ever put my food in the microwave.
