Came in there for breakfast looked right at me and completely ignored me they had one car in the drive thru stood there for at least 10 to 15min I got the impression none of them spoke English so they didn't wanna deal with

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 meals. Nuggets were left out of 2 of them. The staff replaced the nuggets once we came back. Other than that it was a good experience.

I’ve eaten Wendy’s a handful of times. Tonight May have been my first visit in years. While the food was good the customer service was AMAZING! The gentleman at the window deserves recognition. Thanks for being a light, great team.

Came to Wendy's and spent 7 min at the order taker thru drive thru. There was issue with the car before me and they order allot food and drove off. I didn't mind spending 15 min waiting but when I received my meals the bread was hard as if they gave me food before me. Came back and requested a refund. They denied me my refund. Told me to wait until the morning. Then have attitude once I told her no I need the money to go buy something else. Highly disappointed. I use work for fast food places so I know how reviews and surveys can hurt a restaurant.
