Restaurant was dirty. Cracked windows. The food tasted like old oil. The soda machine was broken, and then didn't have the three other drinks I asked about. Service is incredibly slow, there's no one apparently in charge. The food is just flat out overpriced now. Sure it's just fast food, but for the price of ten anemic chicken nuggets, a handful of mediocre fries, and a soda that I didn't want, I can get something much better from P. Terry's or Canes. Not going back.

I had to turn around, so I did, utilizing their parking lot. By the time I was entering traffic, the smell of Wendy's goodies had forcefully taken residence in My nasal cavities and I began to salivate like some Pavlovian pet. Being pressed for time, I had to continue the excursion however, I did return the following day for a large portion of their delectable fried frenched potato sticks!Salute

Came in around 1pm on a Tuesday. Thats supposed to be a busy lunch hour right, where the food is fresh and hot? Nope.. cold stale fries that probably sat around for hours. Cold burger with a dried up shrunken, tasteless, patty that was probably also sitting for hours. The veggies were wilted and the cheese was still cold and never melted due to the whole burger being cold. All of the condiment trays were empty. No napkins in the holder. The only thing they had was one ketchup pump. The other one had the lid off. The bathroom did not have paper towels or soap. This location might as well be shut down. Now i see why this location is always empty. Save your money people. You can eat a shoe box that taste better

I go in here alot..$5 biggie bag..A good deal, for the money. Staff is never friendly, and never helpful.Kinda like; they dont like thier job.And the bread is cold..They use to warm it up..Not suprising they are never busy..

While service was friendly and food normal for Wendy's, this franchise was run down and not a good experience. Their drink machine had no ice; and after being served our frosties, we were told, "oh, we don't have spoons". What's with that??
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!!! Any other location will be better. Food was sloppy and cold. Fries were way overcooked, like they put old fries back into grease. Fernando, the acting night supervisor was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful one bit. He hasn't learned that the key to thriving in a customer service based business, is excellent customer service. He gave a fake number to corporate as well. Never coming back to this location again!!!

Stupid lobby had spilled juice in front of fountain drinks and now my shoes are all sticky. Wendys cooperation is false advertising the Baconator to in fact be skimpy with half pieces of dried up bacon. I will never order a combo at another Wendys. I SPENT 30.82 FOR THIS UGLY BURGER AND A SECOND COMBO OF THE SAME! Talked to the manager Fernando who did not seem to care at all. Great representation of this business in the moqt sarcastic way!!! DO NOT RRCOMMEND AT ALL!!! SO DISAPPOINTED.

I have been passing by this Wendy's location for years and never stopped by. After reading many of the one star reviews, it finally gave me the morbid sense of curiosity to see if this place is really that bad. I tend to go inside fast food places as opposed to the drive-through so I can watch them make the food and check to see if it the order is done correctly. I came in after the lunch rush and was the only person in line. As soon as I placed my order, I had my double cheese combo on the dine in tray in less than a minute, which of course means the burger and fries were not freshly cooked. You sacrifice fresh for fast. The burger may have received a dose of microwaves for about 30 seconds which melted the cheese. The fries were at least slightly warm, and the frosty was frozen. The burger was edible, but forgettable and the fries went cold shortly afterwards. Without ketchup, the fries have no reason to live.The thing that caught my eye here was the spacious modern dining area complete with a TV lounge. However, at the same time, the drink machine was taking a dump on the floor, the condiment area was sparse, and there were two unfixed shattered windows from random vandalism which detracted from the ambience. Even the bathroom was not at all clean and had no paper towels. And if you do decide to dine in, you can pretty much count on a couple of flies making their way over to join you for lunch. All I can say, is that my curiosity was satisfied and going forward, I'll get my burger fix anywhere but here. Learn from me.

The worst Wendy's visit ever. It took five minutes before the cashier took my order. Too busy focusing on drive thru. Person in front of me got fed up and walked out. The other person in front of me was trying to get his order completed and the cashier argued with him telling them that he didn't order that finally placed my order I need to get it wrong. I asked for a customized burger and they scrape the ketchup and mayonnaise off, instead of making me a fresh burger and it looked under cook. The fries were over cooked I wasted my money I won't come back even though it's right across the street from where I live.
