It was cold and the food kinda sucked to be honest. The people behind the counter looked at me like I spoke a different language and after I placed my order they played on their phones for like 10 minutes in front of the drive thru window. Seriously guys this place sucks don't go here if you don't have to, cold place, cold food, and cold people. But we didn't get sick from the food so a plus I guess.

The managers are often out in the restaurant doing their computer work, instead of back in an office, so it has taken on a very "mom-and-pop restaurant feel.
there's not many things that I despise more than when I enter a restaurant (a fast food restaurant at that which is the bottom of the barrel of restaurants; I give some of these food trucks more respect for their customer service than most of these fast food chains) but this one really got me because had I been starving and near death and stumbled upon this Wendy's fast food franchise it took them so long to come and see what I wanted I would have died...

Did McDonald's get the ice cream machine working? Because every wendys in Austin has broken menu screens and broken frosty machines. This location at 11:46am 2/9/2025, 3 guests inside and the entire lobby is dirty. Not one clean table.
