Bad choice...... All the things ordered were not prepared how I wanted them and the fries were not fresh at all. This was embarrassing for me as I took my girlfriend lunch yo work for the first time since we've been together and it was to her job for my first time going there as well. I really want to be compensated for this experience and will not recommend eating at this location at all again as management was fully responsible for this fumble.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
This could be the LAST wendys in entire the world and id still rather starve than eat here. How are the workers so incompetent???? I was literally the only person in line and they STILL entirely messed up my online order of only TWO burgers. HOW?!? Do you only hire people that cant read??? They have done this multiple times too, so its not like this is anything new…. last time this happened I ordered a hamburger with lettuce, mustard, and pickles. You know what I got? a CHEESEBURGER with just MAYO.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I have to thank Mimi for her service. They had run out of hot potatoes with chili. Mimi quickly heated the potato and chili, and brought it to our table with a smile. Then she brought us cookies to accommodate us for waiting for my meal. This is excellent EQ and customer service. You can tell that Mimi is a kind person. She seemed to be the manager and her staff were all very friendly and attentive.

It's fine, a bit expensive but I like the food from here sometimes.
The people that work at nights cannot hear at all. I don't know what the issue is, maybe because the managers at night aren't fluent in English? Maybe the people in the kitchen can't read the screen? It's just ridiculous how you can misunderstand baked potato and give me fries. Also, why are you all not cutting up bacon for fries?

3rd time , the chicken in Classic Chicken Meal was stale, discoloring and hard as a rock. My wife is a cancer patient and every time we drive thru this location we ask for fresh meal and they say yes it is fresh. However when we open the wrap the chicken is always stale and tasteless. I have tried three times and all these three times I had to come back to the restaurant and share my concern with the MOD. Same thing happened today. This location has been successfully delivering stale food despite us requesting fresh meal. I know the overall situation of fast food restaurants is declining due to horrible product and rude customer service because the companies are all focused on labor and food cost and totally ignore customer satisfaction but to this location and its owners, I see a great opportunity to turn around and deliver fresh food and awesome customer service so that it can attract more customers and hence owners don’t have to push the team for food and labor cost. Definitely we are not coming back 4th time. Sad!
