Worst service here… unless you have a friend who works here. Came in with family for some birthday fun. Girl at the counter told us the wait was 45min to 1 hr. Understandable for large party and league going on. But then 6 parties were given lanes before us when there was only 3 names ahead of us on wait list. Obviously friends of the staff get preferential treatment. They were very rude and not at all mindful of our party sitting around for over 2 hrs waiting.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We walked in and not one person greeted or even acknowledged us, all the employees at the desk were too busy talking about drama. We stood there for around five minutes before anyone bothered to help, and when they finally did, they were short, rude, and acted like we were an inconvenience. My friend went to change out his shoes and was ignored again until he literally had to say, “Hello, I’m a customer here.” The attitude from everyone was unbelievable. I get that it’s Halloween, but if you can’t treat customers with basic respect, take the day off. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing service. I have gone here before and the attitude seems to be the norm. The employees need some basic training on how to be a civil, nice person to CUSTOMERS. After this experience I will NEVER come back here.
