God awful bowling alley. If it weren’t for the league (that I paid in to) I’d never come back. Lanes are terrible and seldom work properly. There are other options in Austin. (Insert automated response from Westgate below)

Arrived at 1145 to bowl until close at 1am with a small group. The clerk advised us they are closing at 12 because they are slow with 20+ people still bowling at the time. Hours are clearly stated.

This is my first time bowling in a league, and there have been constant issues w the machines and people getting put next to us / people operating on lanes that are down and stepping into our lane when we’re bowling / system always down where we’re here hours later than we should be. Most of the front desk people are nice, but one guy in particular has been really rude to any questions I’ve had. Really wish they would take feedback here and care about the experience that their bowlers have (especially the league bowlers who have been coming here for years that only bowl here because there’s no other option.

I’m actually quite surprised at the positive reviews here. I found it so unsatisfactory that after twice visiting I’ve never returned. Only food option was BBQ and that’s not even available half the time. We went for my birthday, I was looking forward to some bowling alley food (nachos, fries, etc.) we had to leave early to go somewhere else for dinner. Shoes and bowling balls were old too. Wishing there were other options nearby.
Had a great time. I love the bbq there. The nachos were the best thing on the menu, in my opinion. Love wearing the hot dog shoes. Always comfortable. Highly recommended for family fun

First off I walk into the bar and instead of being met with a "hi how are you doing" I get greeted with a "can yall sit over here outside the bar cuz it's easier"... the bartender had the worst attitude for working for tips ...we walked out of there... Definitely, do not recommend this bar. Bowling may be okay, don't know, but the bar stay away Spend your money somewhere else

This place is fun, but the employees are incompetent and rude! We went in and the lady at the desk took our name down and told us it’ll be 25 minutes for a lane to open. We went to wait outside came back 20 minutes to check our status and was met with a rude employee telling me they called us 30 minutes ago, When it hadn’t even been that long since we got there. And continued to say our names were off the list but still gave us a lane. They tried to make it seem like it was our fault but in reality they need better communication and training. Also our balls and lane kept getting stuck and we had to continue to ask for assistance, it’s very disappointing when you go to an establishment and wanting to have a good time but the workers don’t like their jobs and take it out on customers. Do better!
