First time trying it, ordered a Philly Cheesesteak bagel via DD.It was very small portion. Nothing like I saw from other's photos. In fact on side had low the other side was almost bread on bread. Steak didn't taste very good, more like a hamburger. Finally I got the egg bagel because it's typically softer than a regular bagel, but it was still pretty hard to get through, and dry.I will try again once I'm in the area again, hopefully whatever they're going through comes to an end, this seemed like a hot spot once upon a time.

Long wait times, apparently called my name for order but I didn't hear so my food sat cold for like 15 minutes instead of calling my name again. Over priced as well

I hate to leave a small business a bad review, but I've spoken with them before about the issues with their bagels and they told me I was wrong and never got better so.... I live nearby and the next nearest bagel place is a 10+ minute drive so I keep ordering from WB hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt and they keep sh***ing the bed. As a former New Yorker, I know a good bagel. FIRST: their bagels are dry, small, and borderline stale every time. Despite requesting toasted, they are either cold and the cheese is not melted, or they are literally BURNT. See photo. SECOND: their everything bagels are not everything! They are sad and barren. THIRD: they are expensive. You are paying a premium for downright bad bagels. I have ordered from them dozens of times out of desperation for a bagel, but after being consistently disappointed I'm done. They need to listen to their customers and make some changes.

Wow! you can't beat the breakfast bagel sandwiches at this place. They are amazing and the customer service is always on point. You definitely have to stop by if you are nearby.

Never been blatantly ignored at a window before. Went to the St. Elmo location with my partner, just to wait in front of the closed clear window, while making eye contact with the two middle aged employees inside(I would expect this from teenagers but not adults!!!!). We waited about 15 minutes before giving up and going elsewhere, then decided to call the truck on our way out to see if they were sold out or something to explain the service... NOPE TF literally no reason, they told us they were not sold out or closed. bizarre as hell y'all.

Incredibly rude staff, unaccomodating, snarky, and uneducated. Hope you don't have to meet Zach. Never got to try the food, but I'd say skip it and go somewhere nice like Wholly Bagel where they won't pollute your day with their attitudes. Seems like the employees hate each other and hate working there.

[EDIT TO ADD LAUGH REACT TO OWNERS FALSE REPRESENTATION OF THE SITUATION AND DEFENSIVE RESPONSE ?]Embarrassed at their lack of customer service. Their online ordering was down so my partner called in an order, they were rude over the phone and then even more rude when I went to pick up the food. I would leave 0 stars if I could, as the manager of a business, I am well aware that is not how you should communicate to guests.

Too expensive, we payed like $20 for a cup of lemonade, black small coffee and a single bagel and still we’re not full. I understand they need to pay for their accommodations but there are cheaper options around ! ❤️

Really good bagels. I do recommend ordering first then driving out there to pick it up so you don’t have to wait too long, but it’s a food truck, usually busy, and has fresh/delicious food.

Got a lox everhtbing bagel. The bagel was overpowered with sesame seasonings and tasted like a wheat bagel. Lox were skimpy.

I hate speaking negatively about small businesses, but I’m frustrated with the reoccurrence of an issue with this place. They have an option on their menu to choose how you’d like your egg cooked. “Over Hard” is not a complicated thing, it means an egg is fried and cooked ALL the way through. It’s now been 4x for my deliveries that they’ve not cooked the egg all the way through and it’s runny. I shouldn’t have to choose the scrambled option just to get a thoroughly cooked egg because I can’t trust them to do an over-hard egg, when that’s the one I prefer. I will most likely either do that because I do enjoy the food and supporting of small businesses but I will also consider going elsewhere for breakfast for an over hard egg + bagel sandwich. Please consider my feedback and ensure customer egg requests are honored.
