Ordered through the app multiple times at this location, Order instructions are never followed or read. I still get charged but do not receive anything extra that I pay for. It has discouraged me from choosing Whataburger when it comes to ordering delivery.

Just watched a video of two young women being harassed at this location by a man yelling racial epithets at them. The staff did absolutely nothing but watch the man. Absolutely disgusting. I’m glad the young women shared the location.

I VISITED ONCE & was DISAPPOINTED, the 2nd & 3rd TIME was MORE PLEASANT. The RESTROOMS were CLEAN the 2nd & 3rd TIME, the FRIENDLINESS was BETTER the 2nd & 3rd TIME. This IS the WHATABURGER that I KNOW from the RGV & HOUSTON areas. But the 1st TIME WASN'T as PLEASANT. So I am giving it a 4STAR 4 NOW. If U want UR BURGER 2 B PERFECT DO this 2 UR BURGER: TOASTED Buns, GRILLED Onions, MEAT well DONE, CRISPY Bacon (Optional), ADD CHEESE (Optional), MAYO & MUSTARD...UR BURGER will taste PERFECT!!! Thanks WHATABURGER 4 Fixing the ISSUE the 2nd & 3rd TIME.☝👼👌
Update: the LAST TIME I visited this PLACE the CASHIER SPENCER said would OPEN the RRs, but he NEVER DID. SPOKE 2 the MANAGER & she ALSO DENIED me using the RRs. I am a REGULAR CS here, NOT ANYMORE!!!

It is that hygienic place. People who works on the kitchen. They are not attention and food was not warm enough. Definitely disappointed and I didn’t find the same service which one is Kate at the airport.

Well, I'm not one to give bad ratings, but today's shift at 5:00 am, the service and quality was very bad, I left without the burger because they didn't have it ready and they were late, the fries were old and cold. It was the only thing I took with me. They just have to talk to their staff.

"It's fast food--whaddaya want?" That's how my friend hand-waved the horrifically slow service at this Whataburger, something he's become used to as a native Texan.
The S 1st Whataburger is a place of opposites. If the food is made fresh, it's because Whataburger cheaped out on ingredients and staff to make that happen. I regularly wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru--not the overflow waiting spot--for small, simple orders like a burger and a shake. I don't think this restaurant knows it has a waiting spot for the overly long orders that regularly block the queue.
The poor staff members who take orders outside are the nicest people; meanwhile, the staff who hand me my food don't speak to me, can't tell me my total, and don't know what I ordered. People are seriously overworked here. The turnover must be catastrophic. Admittedly, many fast food joints are like this; but it must be extra bad here. The prices are higher than P. Terry's for an experience that is worse in almost every way.
Breakfast service is a different story. Fast and delicious. If only lunch and dinner ran the same way.
45 minutes for an order is crazy. I expect a longer wait time at Whataburger typically, but it's still fast food. I could go to a sit down restaurant for better quality food and probably get it faster. Gimme a refund or a discount for my wait or learn to hire better. You know that you get deliveries. Be proactive.tell me it's gonna be a while as I order or at least before I pay so I can go somewhere else. Bffr

I sincerely appreciate the food that I've had at other locations. The food that day was given 2 bites to the burger and none to the fries. I have no idea how long the meat patty had been..... under a heat lamp? Fries were small, dry, and way too crunchy ! A true disappointment, and I'll return to my usual stomping grounds.

Went around "bar time" it was lively and the atmosphere was great. Staff was courteous and friendly. When it came to receiving our order they forgot about us and the order wasn't correct
