I had the pleasure of trying Whataburger for the 1st time in my life & it was a MILLION times better than any fast food joints here in New England.I wish Whataburger could replace every McDonald's & Burger King in America. Their prices were extremely affordable, so I don't ever want to hear that quality & affordability can't be done together.As far as this location... the parking is great, the location is great, the staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful, the restrooms were clean & stocked. I did notice they are wheelchair accessible too.If you're in the area.. go to Whataburger & get yourself some amazing food.

I'm a bit disappointed at this location. It was late and the service was slow, however I was given the entirely wrong meal (which I didn't realize until I got home).I always appreciate Whataburger but they did not come through this time.

This location seems to always be in a state of disarray. I tried ordering through DD once and had the order cancelled like 3 times after waiting an hour each time for no discernible reason. Another time I came in and the service was fine but seemed a little short staffed.

Food took 15 minutes to make, no explanation or apologies given, staff mostly milling about and not avoiding the drivethru window after they took my money. Food finally arrived, I said “about time”, irritated but trying to keep my cool. I was then invited loudly to do something obscene with myself by the drivethru attendant. No excuse for staff to be using profanity under the best of circumstances let alone when the food was late and their overall attitude is apathetic to the job and their customers.

Why ask me what I wanted to drink if my salad didn’t come with a drink? I thought the cup they had put down was for me but apparently not. And Instead of them asking me directly if I had payed for it the guy just kept repeating to his coworkers “she didn’t pay for it, she didn’t pay for the cup”. Very unprofessional, even for a fast food place. To top it all of Jovanna gave me a dumb look as if it were my fault, she was the one who asked what I wanted to drink.
