Who was the private equity person who thought it was a good idea to have a cheesy southern-sounding lady do a voiceover in the drive through, making you think you're talking to an old southern lady, only for an actual human to speak up in a completely different accent right after? This location is in a predominantly Latino area ... Not sure why we're trying to whitewash this Whataburger in the most confusing way possible. Service is great here. Whataburger's a South Texas business. Why were we pretending this is Cracker Barrel?

Do not recommend this place at all.I went had 3 combos.n That were supposed to have bacon that I paid for and did not have bacon. Not only that, but the buns were soggy, so I go the next day with my receipt and ask for a refund.And they only want to refund Or make me one meal , and I forgot to mention that my fries were old so the lady that was attending me , calls her boss and this is what the boss tell her to do so I kindly asked, can I at least be refunded for the bacon that I paid for and did not receive.She refused and proceeded to process my order for the one combo. I get that combo and the fresh fries.But my burger still came with soggy buns , not happy at all

I showed up around 10 and ordered breakfast through the app. The food was completed quickly but it didn't feel or look rushed. My kudos to the manager and employees doing a great job even in-between the two big rushes.
This has to be one of the worst if not the worst one. I didn’t even get in the door and I could feel the stupidity of these workers. In on my way to work so I stop at the I-35 location and order A number 11. I get my food only to notice that I don’t have the bacon I ordered on my sandwich and the sauce I ordered with my sandwich so I can’t go back to that location because I’m on my way to work. So I’m thinking OK, I’m gonna go to the one on the way to work and get it fixed. Lo and behold. I’m gonna go to the one on the way to work and get it fixed. Low and behold, I get there “we did not take your money so we cannot fix your food“ proceeds to not even try to help me or assist me in anyway even though I’m almost late to work because I had to stop and get my food remade so I could have breakfast and then yells at me have a great day, sir, to kick me out. Horrible experience, will not be coming to this location ever again. You might as well save us all the trouble and close it.
