Who was the private equity person who thought it was a good idea to have a cheesy southern-sounding lady do a voiceover in the drive through, making you think you're talking to an old southern lady, only for an actual human to speak up in a completely different accent right after? I showed up around 10 and ordered breakfast through the app. The food was completed quickly but it didn't feel or look rushed. My kudos to the manager and employees doing a great job even in-between the two big rushes.
