Came in for dinner this Friday evening. Placed an order at 6:38pm. 25 min past and still waiting. No manager or employee even acknowledged us not having our meal. One team member looked at our table but as I could see still continued to work. I don’t understand how a company who had an awesome reputation of making sure food is fresh, customers are taken care and having fast service, are not even close to meeting those standards. Here's what: how about NOT harassing and refusing to serve someone due to their gender choices? After hearing about the recent incident (you know what I'm talking about), I will never, ever give this place my business... or any other Whataburger for that matter. A public apology is warranted. Until one comes, I, along with thousands of others, will be all over social media, exposing the hate and intolerance. 😡
