Came here twice,always take 20 mins to take my pre-ordered food,another time I already in the drive thru window,still waited for 10 minutes, the food already ordered long time ago.

Skip this poorly ran location. Was 2nd in line for 20 minutes while 1 barely mobile old man worked the 10 car line doing 1 thing at a time. Grab one card 5 minutes. Bring out 1 drink 5 minutes. I ended up leaving without the $20 meal I paid for because I foolishly thought I could get food at a restaurant with 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up with 36 extra minutes. Outrageously expensive and impossibly slow.

*DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE* They regularly leave out sauces and the last three deliveries there was no straw in the bag. They have a serious employee problem there. Hiring standards have slipped.

The food was very good. The sweet tea was weak. When I pulled up, there was a Whataburger employee smoking a joint in the parking lot at the trunk of his vehicle. I'm not sure if he works at this location or was picking up something, but regardless, it was very unprofessional.

Waited 15 minutes for sub par food. Fries were awful. It’s like they mixed old fries with new fries to not throw them away. Tomatoes and lettuce on my sandwich look old. Paid extra for bacon and got one slice broken into several pieces… I had to bite the food to find out about the disappointment.

Worse customer services ever. I just went through the drive through and ordered a patty melt and apparently the guy who took my order did not put in my order. I not only waited a long time for the car in front of me but when I purés to the window another employee asked for my name in order to give me my drink and I was like no one asked for my name and he was like then you’re not shown in here . No one had put in my order and I had to wait another 10 minutes!!!!!!!!
