We've been here 3 separate times in the past 2 months and all those experiences we've had to go back or just had a horrible experience. One night I had just wanted a chocolate shake, we waited 45 minutes for a shake and 2 drinks, when we got the shake it wasnt chocolate and we had already gone home just exhausted by the experience. We called and told them it was banana or vanilla and they said they couldn't refund the order, they would just have to re make it. We went back and got the drink and shake later and the shake was still not chocolate. Another time we went late at night again and the order was completely wrong and we had to go back to get the missing items. We had tried to be patient and just understand that it was late at night. Today we went for breakfast as I wasn't feeling well and just wanted some comfort Whataburger. I ordered a coffee with caramel and sweet cream but the coffee was black, we didn't get the cinnamon roll we ordered but service was quicker at least. It normally takes 20-30 minutes to get anything we order minimum. Today it only took 10.

They had my order in hand and asked me for my name as soon as I walked in the door. Multiple employees were helping me and asking me for anything more I needed. They are constantly working, caring their customers, and always on top of their work. Very nice location.

This Whataburger supersedes any Whataburger nearby especially the Lakeway location…hands down. They take customer service seriously and Food quality service seriously. It’s always clean no matter what time of the day you walk in. They are consistently on point with their food and service. I will go out of my way from Lakeway to come to this location.

This is the worst WB. Longest wait times I've ever experienced at any fast food chain. I was so excited to move to a place that had a WB so close, but I've been disappointed almost every time I go here. If it wasn't for a lack of late night options in this area I would never come back. Been traveling all day, wanted a burger and fries on my way back home, five minutes from my house, almost home, I order from here and had to sit and wait THIRTY MINUTES for a burger and fries. Hire more people.
Editing to add: I got my food home, food was cold, and the order was wrong, I paid for an extra patty and it wasn't on the burger, plus no napkins or ketchup in the bag. WTFFFFFF

Cassandra What happened to being able to call in an order for pickup? I Live 2 mi away and instead of waiting in line it is convenient to call in my order, come inside pay for it and leave. But when I called Cassandra told me, no you can't do that. Well Cassandra you just lost my $10 cuz I'm going to McDonald's

Why is my gravy cup for my chicken tenders not even HALF WAY filled. Worst quality chicken tenders I’ve ever picked up, they look half cooked. This is the worst meal I’ve had from whataburger. SHUT THEM DOWN UNTIL THEY CAN FILL UP A CUP OF GRAVY.

Came here twice,always take 20 mins to take my pre-ordered food,another time I already in the drive thru window,still waited for 10 minutes, the food already ordered long time ago.
