I stopped by yesterday for a Patty melt. I'm not sure what was the problem with what I wanted at the time, that the the guy taking my order was rude about it. We are all humans, I'd didn't think too much of it. But he did give me a guilty look after he gave me my food, he was so focused on giving me my food he even forgot to give me my card, which I had to ask for. I don't know what he put in that sandwich, but that is the last thing I have eaten since yesterday, he gave me food poisoning.

I was at this location this week. Counter staff is great! Food is a hit and miss. There was a staff meeting in progress at the entrance of the restaurant. After listening to the tone of the manager I would definitely not apply at this location. There are ways to speak with your staff. Next meeting consider the back of the restaurant and or away from customers. I understand a topic must be addressed as a whole but sometimes it might take 1-1 performance coaching. A business grows as a team not, you’re counter staff, you’re drive thru and I’m management. Management is in place to coach, guide and mentor the team. Empathy goes a long way.

This location is NOTORIOUSLY slow. Like, terribly, with 3 guests in the lobby. Over 20 minutes minimum to get a cheeseburger with an entire 8 guests at the restaurant including the DT.Literally had to walk out on food I paid for because it took too long. Couldn't get my money back because they had a line building and they aren't exactly hasty with their service.You owe me $13 that I'm sure I'll never see.AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

Clean with super friendly staff! We took our students (with disabilities) here not too long ago for lunch and they were all so patient, friendly and kind. Service was great! Then Latonya made the experience for our students even more special by giving them Whataburger stickers and cups. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Probably the best customer service out of any of the Whataburger locations in the Austin area. I’ve stopped at this place multiple times and always had a positive experience…always smiles, always “thank you” and “yes sir”, which goes a long way with me. The food is standard across most locations but the service is what keeps me coming back to this one.

Dillion is such an asset to your company! It was our first time trying whataburger and we were so impressed by his attitude and work ethic. He greeted us with a smile and during the downtime he was cleaning and checking in with people! He was fabulous

I don't have any complaints about the food or the cleanliness of this location. The only thing I will comment on is the same thing that a lot of others are saying: the service is slow. More often than not I will order and then the people behind me usually get their food first which always confuses me. In the end it doesn't bother me too much, but that's probably because I'm more easy going than others. However if you are in a hurry or want your food on time it may be a while.

This place is absolute garbage. Pulled into the drive though with two cars in front and waited 30 minutes until leaving. The two cars in front did not move and I saw three customers leave without service. This location is broken. Don't waste your time.

I ordered breakfast online and when I showed up they had just received the order and they told me that breakfast was done being served even though I ordered it on time The app was super unhelpful because I ordered on there, but it didn't tell me that breakfast was no longer available instead it set my time for 11 o'clock at night as if that's what I was trying to do was order breakfast at 10 o'clock so that I can eat it at 10:30 tonight ..bunch of bull sticks.. so I had to cancel the order and wait for them to refund me which they still haven't if they are going to at all Whataburger is the worst customer service out of any place I've ever been to in Texas you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for food just for them to say they don't even fucking have it

If you come here after 10p expect to be in the drive through for at least 20 min. I write this at 23 minutes. Still have 3 cars in front of me. Employees taking orders goof off. Not sure if this place has any supervision. That being said, food has always been good.Edit: 32 min. 1 car still ahead of meEdit: 40 min, order taken, waiting in B line

Before I had left a rather bad review because their service was going down as well as their freshness of food.This location seems to gotten a new manager and it has done a complete 180° thank you guys for bringing the whataburger that we love back.
