Employees are great and calmly discussed the issue with some false advertising from the online app, they both addressed my issue while also professionally protecting the Whatta Burger IP.
I do encourage everyone to go to reddit and laugh at the poorly written terms and conditions on the Whataburger subreddit.

My favorite this is a famous burger place in Texas. The burgers are delicious, with a wide variety of menu options at a great value — tasty, filling, and affordable. The restaurant is clean with plenty of seating, free refills on drinks, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.😊

I was surprised and delighted by the worker in the blue polo working drive-thru that gave me a little sample of the new prickly pear lemonade, he overheard my wife and I talking about how we haven't tried it and want to. He without even asking immediately hands me a small cup with it along with our other items that we purchased. This location is always on it, always so friendly, and always striving to make sure we are feed well!

Got the number 22 w/sausage yesterday. The wait was 10+ minutes inside w/5 cars in the drive-thru. The sausage was grey and soft. Not your normal grilled patty as if it was streamed or left in the holder too long. I guess it just had no 'chew' to it.
Came back today, opting out of spending an arm and a leg at Starbucks. Ordered the same sandwich but with bacon instead. It was a much better experience and shorter wait time.
Pro tip: going inside is not faster
