I take back everything I’ve ever said about this Whataburger, for 30 years. I’ve been asking for extra extra extra onions And this is the first time ever I got my burger the way I wanted it. This crew late night On this day, take care of me just right! And the service????? Not what I expected from a normal Whataburger, these guys know how to take care of you, good vibes, thanks guys
I have eaten here in the morning and the afternoon, lemme tell you, the morning shift and afternoon shift is completely different. Morning shift I hear yelling in the kitchen, sounds like fighting or struggling. The food takes so long to take out and the hospitality is horrible. In the afternoon, there’s this kid that works the front cashier usually, he’s incredibly welcoming and greeted me by my name “how are you doing today Joseph”. The lobby was so clean, bathrooms...
I have NO idea why people are so obsessed over Whataburger. I had what was probably the worst hamburger that I have had in a very long time! The bun was somewhat dried out and the meat and condiments had a bad taste. Just not good. I had tried Whataburger a couple of months ago. It was okay, and that is all. Definitely not great. So I was in a rush and thought alright I will try them again. Sorry, just not at all impressed.
